"One Mile Escape" apartment is situated on the beautiful Port Stephens peninsula, on the North Coast, only 2 hours, 160 kilometres (99 miles) north-east of Sydney. Coastal Lifestyle! - 400 m to beach This stunning single level, architecturally designed resort style apartment offers stunning views and coastal lifestyle. Wake up to spectacular unrestricted views : views to One Mile beach, Soldiers Point, Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest. This whole floor apartment, boasting 248 square metres of space, situated within the One Mile Ridge complex, is blessed with bush-land, ocean, and expansive mountain views with glorious sunsets all year round. A curved high ceiling in the living areas creates a sense of space with floor to ceiling windows allowing natural light and views of the breathtaking outlook. The apartment offers three good sized bedrooms ( 2 queens and 2 king single beds) , a stylish marble benchtop kitchen, timber flooring, an alfresco terrace for outdoor eating and soaking in the views. The master bedroom's ensuite bathroom includes a full-length shower, toilet and separate bath. The main bathroom offers bath , shower and toilet. There is also a third, separate toilet to meet everyone's needs. This is the perfect place to spend quality time with your family or friends. The boutique complex has a beautiful, shared infinity pool and hot tub/outdoor spa with expansive views keyed access only for the exclusive use of owners and guests. Pool & spa hours 7 am - 9 pm. NB: Being part of the common property the pool may, without notice, not be available for use if undertaking maintenance; refurbishment, repairs or affected by health orders Beach Access The picturesque, patrolled, surfing beach of One Mile Beach (1.3 kms long) can be seen from the apartment. Direct access to One Mile Beach is available via a 400 m bush track (for the fit and able) through National Park Bushland and takes approx 5-7 minutes downhill. Alternatively it is only a 2 minute drive to One Mile Beach where surf lessons are conducted during the summer months. Or drive 2 minutes to the tranquil waters of Boat Harbour. Perfect for the youngest members of your family. ACTIVITIES FOR YOU TO ENJOY! Cafe Society and 4 Wheel Drives Go sand-boarding on Stockton dunes or take a camel ride. Hire or take a Four wheel drive tour. SWIM WITH DOLPHINS: There are only 5 places in Australia where you can swim with wild Dolphins and Port Stephens is the only one in NSW where you can experience this unique adventure with Dolphin Swim Australia SEE DOLPHINS AND WHALES: Or take a cruise to see the area's resident dolphin colony or go whale-watching (in season). Go fishing, sand buggy tours, 4WD tours, Bay and Myall river tours. Hire a small motor boat to explore the harbour (bigger than Sydney Harbour). Everything that Port Stephens has to offer is only minutes away. Bushwalks in the National Park are at your back doorstep to One Mile, Boat Harbour or to the pristine untouched beauty of the surf at Kingsley and Little Kingsley beaches. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for. There are more than 22 golf courses in a 60 kilometre radius offering a great choice of courses. Pacific Dunes, Horizons and Nelson Bay (complete with kangaroos on the fairways), a driving range and mini golf all lie within 10- 15 minutes drive from the apartment. GUEST REVIEW: We Absolutely LOVED this place!!! Stayed at Anna Bay for a girls' weekend away from Sydney. It is as clean, fresh & spacious as in the pictures. The pool is really amazing - it has a 180 degree view of the valley & trees below & the two beaches to either side. There is a nice warm spa with the same view. It is amazing floating there at night, with all the lights off except the cool blue glow of the pool lights & the sparkling stars - very tranquil. There is a nice deck for sunbathing that has sunshine all day long, and for couples there is actually a private spa tub on the private apartment deck (we didn't use this but it is outside & looks cosy!). Otherwise, the bedrooms & living area were clean & spacious, kitchen has all the necessary appliances. We didn't even eat out once - it was too easy to cook whilst having the most amazing view outside through the glass panelled doors. There is one parking spot but it is easy to fit 2 cars there, although it's a tight curve into the driveway (there is more on-street parking, easy to get to). The surrounding areas are incredible - we went 4WD driving on the 4WD track just out of Anna bay - amazing at sunset! The beach is close by - good for surfing, swimming, kite surfing etc. There is also some great rock-climbing at Anna Bay too. Or just kick back & enjoy a BBQ with a view on the private deck. Really, this was an amazing place to stay - not just because it's a beautiful part of the world but the apartment itself is luxurious without being over the top & if you don't even leave the house you will have an amazing time. Gae & Kim were very accessible, understanding & helpful - we went at the time of the awful bushfires & they were great in giving advice on how to get there to avoid any dangers etc etc. The drive was only 2.5 hours from the centre of Sydney, so not bad at all. We will definitely be back now that we have discovered this amazing little secret paradise!!! Couldn't get enough - can't wait to do it again soon. Thanks for a great weekend!!! Kashea, HOUSE RULES/ TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE GUEST AGREES WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER: 1. To maintain and leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition inside and out, including leaving the BBQ clean. All rubbish is to be deposited in communal rubbish bins in the area outside (red or yellow lids) If the property is not left clean and tidy, then additional cleaning may be charged and deducted from your bond 2. That the premises will not be used for any purpose other than as residential accommodation and that no more than the number of people specified in the Guest's email application will be residing. 3. STRICTLY no parties, functions or gatherings of any kind are to be held without the written consent of Property Owner. 4. That the Guest or anyone on the premises during the Guest's stay will not cause a nuisance or annoyance to neighbours by loud noise or offensive behaviour or language. As the unique design of OMR allows sound to travel easily, we urge everyone to observe the by-law prohibiting balcony use after 10:30 pm, with the exception of New Year's Eve. 5. That should any of the rules 2, 3 and 4 above be broken, then the Property Owner or their representative is entitled to re-enter the premises and on their own appraisal, may elect to provide a warning or terminate the stay immediately without owing compensation to the guest/tenant. 6. All breakages, damages must be reported and paid for immediately. 7. A charge of $500 will be payable for Lost keys/security remotes. 8. No responsibility is taken for occupants' personal property left on the premises.

We were so impressed with this property! Our host Kim was easy to communicate with, providing great info for checkin and checkout, along with having a big folder at the property full of local informative places to go, eat, drink etc. The place was very clean, very near to the infinity pool and spa, but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and spacious & the kitchen really well equipped. Very close to multiple beaches and 5 mins to Anna Bay shops, cafes etc. Would definitely stay here again.

My family loved the property. Amazing views of the forest and very close to the beach. The pool is a fantastic option to enjoy after the beach. We will be back.

Lovely property with beach view. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Short drive to shops and activities. Kim was friendly and helpful. I would've given 5 stars if that amazing pool was available for use. Kim let us know the day before check in that it's under construction and the work had been dragging on due to poor weather. If we knew this at the time of booking or during the cancellation period, we might have considered other options. The spa was also non functional. Nonetheless we had a lovely stay and would recommend this property to others
