Lovely host, super helpful. The apartment is located a few minutes from the market square. Kitchen is well equipped.

Centrally located in Mestia (5 min walk from the bus station), has a shared kitchen, large room with a king size bed and private bathroom. The host was very responsive: any requests we had were handled in a timely manner, including us leaving a day earlier. Overall, good value for money!
There are some problems to be fixed to receive a 10 out of 10 rating. One of the matresses (the right one) had a hole in the middle (it was just old), probably time to change it. Also, the Wi-Fi was ridiculously slow, would be nice if it was faster (and set up to 5GHz instead of 2.4Ghz) for those working remotely or willing to watch movies, also it would almost not reach our room so installing a Wi-Fi repeater would also be useful. We had a Magti sim-card so we had our own fast 5G connection hence it was not a big problem anyway. Another couple of issues would be that some chairs in the kitchen are dangerously unstable and the kettle is very small and slow (hardly enough for making 2 cups of tea and you have to wait for it to boil forever). Otherwise - everything was fine!

Very clean room (our room had a balcony) in good location (just a few minutes walking to the main square). The common kitchen was also good and big. Friendly owner. We definitely would stay here again.
