Everything was clean, friendly staff, warm beds, working showers. Everything worked as intended. I highly recommend this place.
No trash cans in the rooms. No shower curtain.

We had an amazing time so much so that we decided to stay two more days. Breakfast was good (tons of local products) and adapted to our preferences. The room was very big and comfy and the guests were lovely, they were truly what made our stay so special. Cannot recommend enough!!
Only minor inconvenience is the location which is a bit far from the centre of Mestia (but within walking distance!). However 9 times out of 10 some locals would stop on the road and give us a lift to town!

Well, as a guesthouse, it fulfilled my requirement. The place is good and easy to get. The family is very nice and lovely. My kids played with the guesthouse family during the two nights stay. The place is Very quiet and they introduce a very good breakfast.
The rooms are very big with private toilets. The value for money is very good here.
I understand that this is a guesthouse, however still some minor touches can make a big difference and raise the daily rent.
1. The toilet can be equipped with shower gel.
2. The pressure of hot water can be little increased.
3. Adding a foot towel to the towel setup will make the experience better.
Overll, those all didn't impact my stay, but it was mentioned for a more convinient stay.
