Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Friendly and interesting people. The beach service umbrellas and chairs is flawless, the perfect touch to wonderful soft white sand and emerald green water. We will be back.

This unit was fantastic! 7 Adults shared the space with no problem. Kitchen is well stocked, washer and dryer was convenient. Greg, the owner, called to make sure everything was to our liking. We will be back!

The condo was in great shape. Had plenty of space and storage. Balcony right over the beach with perfect views. We found the condo to be very clean and accessible. The other guests were well-behaved and friendly. Parking was close and convenient. I would stay here again.

We were very pleased with the Condo. It was fully stocked and looked just like the pictures. We were looking for a vacation spot that was beach front with balcony and great views, we got exactly what we were looking for. The first few days the weather was not ideal but the Condo itself was very comfortable and the views spectacular.

The owner was wonderful and checked with us to be sure everything was okay. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils/appliances we needed. In addition the refrigerator and stove were new (didn't use the dishwasher since there were only 2 of us). I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Bonus: gated parking, beach and secure building.

The way this center unit is extended past the building is perfect. Direct ocean view from the balcony and huge window on the side with view all all the way down the beach with sunsets. Loved the setup with bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit. Would love to come back!

We had a great stay. The listing appropriately described the property. The condo itself is clean and had everything you could want for cooking. There was work being done on the parking garage while we were there and Greg gave us a heads up ahead of time. The heated pool was warm and heated better than other properties we had been to before. The beach wasn’t too busy and we had room to relax and do activities on the beach (volleyball and frisbee).

We were so impressed with how clean this property was. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We did not have to wait to get into the condo. The owner was very gracious about some last minute changes that we had to make. The view from the 13th floor balcony was amazing! The condo was very well stocked including anti-bacterial soaps at all the sinks. Beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for 2 couples with ample room for all. We look forward to renting this condo next year!

You can’t get any closer to the beach than this. The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and stocked. We had a party of six and there was plenty of room for us to gather in the living room or dining room. They had grilling tools which was very helpful. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Greg responded to all questions in a timely manner.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Communications with the owner were great, the place was clean, and had all of the amenities one could need. There is a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony which extends across the family room and master bedroom. Would highly recommend this place !

This property was incredible. Pictures were accurate and it was even better in person. Check-in process was easy, since there basically wasn’t one. Same with checkout! The owner called and checked on us a few days into our stay. Plenty of room for everyone and the view was amazing!!
