About this house rental
This recently modernised and extended Queen Anne House sits on the beach at Sandgate and enjoys uninterrupted sea views. There is direct access from the house and garden onto the pedestrian promenade and beach. The house itself has been updated to include four double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area opens directly onto the sea facing deck. In the basement is a further kitchen/Utility room which can be used when catering for larger numbers. Also in the basement is a room with a piano, along with a number of board games and Smart TV/DVD player. The kitchen area on the ground floor has recently been upgraded.

A lovely house, with excellent facilities, which worked really well for us with our party of 6 (including 2 young children), we had one bed unused. The host was very responsive and helpful. As described right on the beach. Although stony (beach shoes a must) lots to do and enjoy. Great places to visit near by, we had a great day at Port Lympne wild life park. Dymnechurch beach worked really well for us with young children when we fancied a sandy beach. Shame the Leas children’s park is closed, but we understand it opens for the summer holidays. Sandgate is a super little village, with some great little shops, and an excellent play park (short drive). Although we mainly ate in - the local pubs were very good.It took a little while to get used to the parking - but actually we always found somewhere not too far away.Super all round - thank you.

Amazing stay!! Highly recommended. The host was super nice and helpful. Location perfect and the place was great!! Ocean view on the boardwalk and a great kitchen. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Perfect place - full of character but sympathetically modernised, and a bathroom for everyone. Just right for 4 females! Good for exploring other towns. Rye was particularly lovely.
Guests should be aware that two bedrooms overlook the High Street which is busy during the day but very quiet at night in October when we visited. I would imagine it's not that different at any time of year.
