Perfect little place for a weekday getaway. Just one block from cute little shops & 10 min drive to downtown Santa Barbara. My dogs loved the easy access to the beach. D’Arcy was super friendly & very accommodating! Would definitely stay there again!

This cozy, cute and comfortable apartment is privately located and very well stocked. I forgot to bring a razor and shave cream but I found a month's supply of both under the bathroom sink! There are blankets and pillows galore, a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of pods and even a doggie bed and dog biscuits. The balcony is lovely with an ocean view. It's near the freeway and railroad tracks, so the traffic and occasional train whistle are slightly annoying, but closing the windows and using earplugs (also provided) helped a lot. This was our first time using Vrbo so we were a little surprised at the 95 cleaning fee for only 2 nights, and we still had to take out the trash and put our used towels and sheets in the tub per the instruction book. All things considered though, it was SO much nicer than paying for an expensive hotel and we enjoyed our short stay at this cozy little dream loft.

Great, clean property with prompt responses from hosts. We stayed here because it was close to Carp and found Summerland to be a super cool town with a great bookstore and nice beach.

We didn't bring pets but the property accepted pets; actually the whole community was receptive to pets We enjoyed our stay it was exactly what we wanted and needed. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.
