Good fast wifi , a small table to work on your laptop , Close to center , you have everything beside you , eg : park,restaurants,supermarkets,
Room is so small but you can survive some how , No slippers for bathroom , No Toothbrush and toothpaste.

Great central location where you can reach to a lot of important places by foot.
Overall cleanliness, heating, hot shower and decent Wi-Fi.
Very quiet throughout the night, can barely hear the sirens and traffic from the main road due to it's location on a nearby residential street.
We have arrived by night train a couple of hours before the set check-in hours but the owner has been incredibly kind and understanding of the situation and took care of our luggage in the meantime.
I'm very aware that this is a "budget" room but there are a few things that I have to point out.
I am surprised no one else in the reviews has mentioned this but the spring mattress is extremely uncomfortable and firm with little to no padding, can feel the hard lumps from the springs in random areas of the bed. Woke up many times due to rib and hip pains and had very little sleep because of it. Complained to the owner and the quick solution was a thin mattress pad which helped very little. Hopefully the owner will invest in a better mattress in the future to make this room worth it.
Despite the silence at night, there is a lot of noise throughout the day, the man living on the same property was working around and making a lot of noise throwing heavy objects around and revving the moped in the yard next to the rooms trying to repair or struggling to start it up. So if you travel at night and expect to sleep or nap during the day, keep this in mind. Also need to mention that you can hear the guests from the other room. Overall poor sound isolation.
Entrance door with the blue privacy film could massively be improved with a curtain or blind to block the incoming light of the other room.
