We arrived late after a long day with 3 sleeping kids and the lady at the reception went above and beyond to help us with all our luggage and the kids.
The location is right across the road from a shopping mall and we had to be there for an appointment early in the morning.
The beds were not so comfortable, the shower and the breakfast were all ok but really nothing special.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Bucharest and has great connections to the city centre. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and had a relaxing stay.

The location is great! The rooms are basic, but clean and well-maintained. The staff was very welcoming and helpful; each person I dealt with at reception was very friendly, and one of them even offered us a parking spot(we paid for it, but cheaper than Plaza parking) just steps away from the entrance, which we very much appreciated.
The lift is very small, especially when you have luggage, so it felt very cramped. Also, it was very difficult to use in the morning when we checked out, because so many people were calling it at the same time, and it kept passing our floor without stopping because it was already full. We spent at list 7-8 minutes waiting ...Take the stairs if you have luggage that can be carried.

Super fast and easy checkin, room was clean, extra bed was a normal size bed, friendly staff.
The bed was not very comfortable, location was convenient for us (close to the Plaza Mall and passport office) but not very beautiful. What we really did not like was that we had to wait before leaving as they had to check to room first. I thought that this "old habit" ceased to exist finally in Romania, but not in this hotel.
