*** Villa Amador Do you want to unwind and spend your vacations in a chalet with a sea view? Can you picture yourself enjoying a private pool while you bbq for your friends or cook a paella for your whole family? L'Ampolla is a cozy sailor's town that hasn't been invaded by massive tourism. Its streets ooze the essence and familiarity of a small town with its fishing port facing it. The traditional fishing nets drying under the Sun and the white facades coexist with the terraces of the rice and seafood restaurants, right by the sea. A place considered by many and the entry door to Delta del Ebro, and which has fine grain sand beaches, as well as small coves surrounded by Mediterranean forest. We invite you to enjoy this luxurious chalet with 5 bedrooms and AC, in this relaxing environment. One of the bedrooms has a private porch with sea views. The house also has 3 bathrooms and a toilet, as well has a fully equipped kitchen, right by a large zone to relax, inside and outside of the accommodation. If you want to enjoy fresh air, you'll be able to do just that on it's large terrace infront of the pool with a table, where up to 10 people can confortable dine. Enjoy it to sunbathe, or feel the fresh air on one of it's hammocks at the garden, surrounded by decorative plants and trees, or play petanque on the ground at the rear of the house. The chalet has private parking and its located in a very quiet residential zone, close by places of interest. ON FOOT: You can walk to the beach and bathe in its waters, which is only 200 mts or 3 minutes away. You can go hiking on the GR-27, the famous Camino de Ronda (Round Walk) that runs by the Catalonian seaside. You can also take a walk to Delta del Ebro and the rain station, where you can hop on a train to Barcelona, Tarragona or Valencia. BY CAR: You can take your car to the theme park Port Aventura, which is only 25 minutes away. You can also get to know Delta del Ebro in it's full extension in about 15 minutes and visit the Tortosa monument, only 20 minutes away. Excellent séjour
Nous sommes venus séjourner une semaine avec un groupe de jeunes dans le cadre d'un séjour adapté. On a été accueillis chaleureusement par le propriétaire. Passionné par le métier d'hôte et un véritable amour pour son pays, il nous a conseillé tout un tas de choses à faire, à voir et à découvrir.
Une maison spacieuse, calme, agréable, et équipée en tout. Vous ne manquerez de rien. Vous n'aurez juste qu'à poser vos valises et à profiter. Vue sur la mer depuis les chambre et la présence de la piscine est un véritable plus. Les jeunes ont pris plaisir à y aller malgré la fraîcheur de l'eau.
Nous avons suivi les conseils du propriétaire pour les visites. Chacune de ces visites ont été de belles découvertes, de partage et de plaisir. Vous avez vraiment la possibilité de faire pleins de choses aux alentours en voiture ou à pied.
Je crois que le véritable petit plus si vous souhaitez réserver, c'est le propriétaire. Il est aux petits soins de ses vacanciers. Il se rend disponible en cas de besoin ou de problème. Il est prêt à partager un moment avec vous pour vous faire découvrir la région et les traditions synonymes de rencontres et de moments inoubliables. Il vous fait voyage au travers de son parcours professionnel et son amour du pays. Croyez moi vous revenez de ce séjour avec l'envie d'y retourner.
Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa générosité, d'avoir été chaleureux, accueillant et bienveillant à l'égard de nos jeunes pour leur offrir de belles vacances.

VILLA ET PROPRIETAIRE SYMPAS
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa qui peut recevoir 2 ou 3 familles sans problème, elle est très fonctionnelle et bien située (plage, jeux d'enfants et centre ville de l'Ampolla accessible facilement à pied). La piscine est sans danger, elle a été très appréciée des enfants et surtout des parents pour la sécurité
L' Ampolla est une petite ville très familiale et tranquille.
Amador est une personne très attachante, il est toujours disponible pour ses locataires et il fait tout pour vous aider ou vous rendre service.
Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter.....mais avec le même propriétaire.....

Nous revenons d'une semaine de vacances entre amis dans cette très belle villa bien située et très fonctionnelle ! Nous avons pu apprécier le très joli jardin, la piscine sécurisée et le terrain de boules à l'arrière de la maison. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien !!
Amador, le propriétaire, est fort sympathique et très disponible, il n'hésite pas à vous donner de nombreux conseils et prendre de son temps pour vous guider et découvrir l'Ampolla !!
Nous étions 3 familles avec 2 enfants chacune et garderons d'excellents souvenirs de cette semaine de vacances réussie !!
Je vous conseille FORTEMENT cette location !!!!

maison très agréable à vivre, nous avons eu la chance de louer les deux maisons d'Amador et celle-ci est un cran au dessus car très bien agencée et plus grande.
De plus, Amador est aux petits soins pour ses locataires, ce qui est appréciable.

We had a really nice time in the house with two children and grandchildren.(10 persons with the children ) Beautiful garden around the house and we all loved the pool very much, it had lights in the night.The owner was so incredibly nice and helpful with everything. the house was very clean and had everything we needed. we would love to come back soon.. Beautiful areas and beaches around if you have a car..

You would not be disappointed in this villa for a family holiday. We were 3 generations of the same family and there was so much space, and the Villa was so comfortable we had an amazing holiday. There is plenty of beds for up to 13 people!! It would also be ideal for 2 families holidaying together. The owner - Amador - is fantastic - so friendly and helpful, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. He even lent us his own Paella pan for our family celebration. The newly tiled pool is clean and very safe with plenty of sun beds available. The verandah is always cool with pleasant breezes and provides a view of the sea. At the rear there is a vine covered patio - so there is always shade, no matter what time of day. The villa is very well equipped and anything you needed extra Amador could always find. The beds and bedding are good quality with lovely clean, comfortable mattresses. Built-in fly screens meant you could have the windows open for breeze, but won't get bothered by mosquitos.
Position-wise, the villa is ideal - situated less than 5 minutes stroll to the long sandy Arenalles beach, and far enough away from the village not to be bothered by any noise. However, the village is a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll along a lovely landscaped walkway looking out over the sea. We rarely drove, but sometimes my parents - over 80 - took the car. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from serving wonderful seafood and local produce.
All -in-all it is a brilliant place for a relaxing holiday that I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

A RECOMMANDER
Nous avons loué la maison d'Amador à l'Ampolla et nous avons été très satisfaits de ces vacances. La maison correspond exactement au descriptif, elle est spacieuse, très bien aménagée avec un très bon équipement. L'extérieur est très joli et très bien entretenu et nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine. Amador est très sympathique et très présent, toujours prêt à donner des conseils et à intervenir en cas de besoin et à faire découvrir sa région avec une grande passion. Quant au Village de l'Ampolla c'est très joli, très propre et calme. Une promenade piétonne magnifique et très agréable va jusqu'au village et est un vrai plus pour les enfants. La plage est effectivement à proximité ainsi que le village où on trouve tout le nécessaire. Le beau temps a été tous les jours au rendez-vous. Nous avons profité de super vacances en famille (12 personnes). Merci Amador pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.

La Villa est vraiment spatieuse et agréable à vivre, la piscine sécurisée est un vrai plus pour les familles avec enfants...
Vraiment sommes tous satisfaits de ces quinze jours passés en Espagne.
Sans compter l'accueil merveilleux que nous réserve le propriétaire des lieux!!!
N'hésitez pas à vous fier à ses conseils dès votre arrivée, il vous seront d'une grande utilité!!!

Nous étions 3 familles av...
Nous étions 3 familles avec 2 enfants chacune entre 3 et 10 ans. La maison était parfaitement adaptée pour nous accueillir : bien équipée et l'extérieur est fleuri et très agréable. Tout le monde a apprécié la jolie piscine sécurisée mais aussi le terrain de boules dans le jardin et le terrain de tennis à proximité. Le stationnement est très facile et gratuit et tout ça à 200 m de la plage. Il est aussi très facile de se déplacer en voiture à l'Ampolla et aux alentours. De plus, le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible.
Semaine de farniente entre amis réussie.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is situated in 3-minute walk from the beach, but there are also other beaches which are a little bit further, but it is possible to walk there or go by car. The house is well equiped and good for adults and for children. The owner of the house is very friendly and very helpful. He is always ready to answer any questions and give the fullest information and support if necessary. That was very important especially during the first days after our arrival. He speaks perfect English which helped us a lot. That was a very good vacation time and we look forward to come back one day.

2nd séjour et toujours aussi satisafaisant!
La maison est fonctionnelle est très bien située.
les équipements sont très bons et la maison est bien agencée tout comme le jarsin et l'espace piscine.
Bon compromis entre repos et fiesta (40aines de kms de Salou pour faire la fête) on peut s'y reposer en famille ou y aller entre amis
Le propriétaire tjrs aussi sympa et très serviable!
N'hésitez pas je vous le recommande!!!!!!!!!!!

Nous avons nous aussi passer un excélent séjour dans cette villa, l'annonce et chaque commentaire sont vraiment représentatif de la réalité.
La villa, le Barbec, la piscine, le jardin, tout est parafaitement entretenu et permet de passer un super séjour.
Nous avons passé seulement 3 jours et nous reviendrons surement dans cette villa. Nous remercions Amador, qui, vous l'aurez compris est très dévoué pour ces locataires.

Vacances de rêve et Propritaire très sympathique
Nous avons passé (12 personnes 3 familles) de superbes vacances en Espagne et surtout dans cette Villa. Le propriétaire Amador est très sympathique et vous donnera tous les renseignements dont vous avez besoin, Il vous accompagne pour vous faire découvrir les produits locaux si vous le souhaitez (je vous conseille l'huile d'Olive de Jusep, un vrai régal !) il est toujours disponible si vous rencontrez le moindre souci dans la maison, et Il est à l'écoute de ces locataires.
La terrasse est très agréable, la piscine très bien sécurisée ce qui était un de nos principaux critères sachant que nous avions des enfants en bas âges.
Le terrain de boules et le Barbeuc sont refaits à neuf comme la piscine.
Donc n'hésite pas pour un séjour réussi au soleil c'est un endroit parfait.

VILLA TOP NIVEAU
Voici une villa qui mérite le détour.
Le propriétaire Amador est très sympathique et vous donnera tous les renseignements dont vous avez besoin, et n'hésite pas à vous accompagner pour vous faire voir certains endroits que vous ne trouveriez pas seul.
Pour les repas, la terrasse est très agréable à tous les repas avec un peu d'air pour soulager de la chaleur.
La villa est très agréable aussi bien dans la journée que le soir pour le bain de minuit dans la piscine éclairée.
La plage à 200 m est très agréable pour les enfants qui ont pied assez loin, ce qui n'empêche pas les plus grands de nager.
