CRAFT Resort & Villas, Phuket Town - scheduled shuttle to Phuket Old Town

I’m in love with this villa! It really felt like a little paradise. It has a shared pool, but you can access it directly from your room, which was lovely. We had such a nice stay here. The breakfast was average with a little less choice than I expected, but what was available was good. The villa is around 40 to 45 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. The staff were absolutely ace and so helpful throughout our stay. We were celebrating one of our friend's birthdays and they even got us a cake 😭 which was honestly so sweet of them and such a lovely surprise. The rooms were massive, with three single beds and plenty of space for all our stuff. They also provided umbrellas in the rooms, which came in really handy as it would rain every now and then! The gym area was tiny but had the equipment you would need for a basic workout and was open until 9pm. The whole hotel was really clean, our rooms were cleaned and fresh water was provided every day. They also offered laundry for 100 baht per kilo, which worked out at around £2.50. There is a small shop next to the hotel which only takes cash btw, 7 eleven is 10-15 mins away from hotel. No deposit required for this hotel as most hotel do require them. They even let us check out late at around 1pm with no extra charge, which was really appreciated. Honestly, I would definitely stay here again.

Just options for breakfast that is the only options but nonetheless no other complains!

The pool was right in front of your room. From your room to your porch to the pool. The view of the pool and landscape is stunning.

Beautiful landscape and large pool which every room has access off their personal porch. Staff were exceptionally generous and friendly. Excellent place to stay and enjoy.

i had requested a refund as there was a centipede in our room and drain of toilet was choked. however no discount was provided. I also showed them that the rates were lower but they did not offer us breakfast.
