About this villa rental
Located in Garraf, this lovely villa for $314 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. VISTA CUNIT is a house in a very quiet urbanization with a family atmosphere, consists of two floors, from the terrace on the top floor where there are table chairs and chairs we have wonderful sea views. The house has three bedrooms with a double bed (one on the ground floor), four bedrooms with two single beds (one on the ground floor). Next to the entrance of the house there is a magnificent porch equipped with garden tables and chairs next to the pool and barbecue. Next to the pool there are a minimum of ten loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. All rooms have an individual air conditioning machine.

We had a fantastic time in Jordi’s property! There is so much space that even with 12 adults we never felt cramped. The outdoor dining area and barbecue is perfect for a group celebration.
The location is great- the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood but there are shops and access to the motorway only a few minutes away.
Overall, a beautiful house for a large group!

Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t have been more pleased with the holiday. Location was great yes a bit of a walk to the beach, but very non commercialised and used by locals so no flashing lights or thumping music all night.
Jordi was super helpful and spoke good English, we needed a wheelchair for one of our party which he sorted out straight away.

Large house with good pool

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great base for exploring, though we spent many a day relaxing by the pool. We were 3 families with children aged from 18 mths to 9 yrs. The layout worked well. Air conditioning was top class in every room. The upstairs shower was prone to leaking through to the downstairs bedroom. This was an example where we struggled to communicate with the owner as he said it was leaking from outside the shower area. Not sure what we could have done.
The kitchen; we had all we needed for the 2 weeks. Convenience with the pool area and the kitchen was great. Another big plus was the artificial grass area which the adults enjoyed using to escape into the shade and children loved using to do all sorts of imaginative play.
Location; huge positive - 5 mins walk to Lidl and 10 to Carrefour. The beach was 15 mins (walk). This villa would work fine without hiring a car and we managed with taxis/train to Barcelona and walks to supermarket/front. There was a lack of taxis operating in the area. Meant a group as large as ours needed the driver to do a return trip. We always managed but worth being aware if you are going without a car.
Villa host; we have to say this probably kept us from giving it 5 stars. Jordi welcomed us (with a beer and wine; thumbs up) and he was very quick to send a maintenance person on the rare occasion there was an issue. He only came twice a week and generally it was very minimal. Accepting there was a bit of a language barrier but even then he would benefit from being a little warmer to guests. One final thing to be aware of is that the neighbours complained to Jordi saying we were causing a 'ruckus' and threatened to call the police next time! In reality, we were up chatting late which again feels like a very standard thing to do on a holiday. Our own children were in bed asleep so by our collective views in no way did we make an inappropriate level of noise that warranted this reaction and Jordi messaged it rather bluntly. I would think carefully if you anticipate being a 'noisy' group based on this as for the last few nights after this it rather dampened the mood. Honestly when I think how sensible we are as a group compared to so many others it was quite unbelievable!
In summary, a really great villa with the layout and location offering many advantages. We would like to thank Jordi for having us and hope he will take the comments above in the constructive manner they are intend.

Casa amplia con piscina, en una zona trranquila y con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir,.
La casa reune todas las espectativas que buscabamos. Comedor- cocina amplio con dos baños i seis habitaciones con lo necesario., el exterior con jardin, piscina y barbacoa, te permite disfrutar de la compañia sin salir al exterior.
Todo y que la playa no esta lejos, pero necesitas el vehiculo para desplazarte.
Hay una zona comercial con muchas tiendas cerca.
Es una casa en una zona residencial muy tranquila, en la que puedes disfrutar de las instalaciones, sin ruidos.
Muy recomendable para grupos de gente.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa es muy amplia, muy limpia y ordenada. Por otro lado, Jordi es muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas.

La estancia en la casa ha sido agradable, tiene todo lo necesario para que así sea: porche amplio, barbacoa, piscina, zona verde para que jueguen los pequeños y espacio interior cocina-salón muy amplio. Muy contentos con la elección de esta vivienda.

Super villa !
Nous étions 9 a passé une semaine de vacances dans cette belle villa et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et surtout la piscine. Un peu loin pour aller à la plage à pieds mais nous sommes à 40mn de Barcelone et idem de Cambril.
Petit bémol : toutes les serviettes sont de la même couleur alors à 9 personnes pas facile de s y retrouver.
Je vous recommande cette belle villa et le propriétaire est très gentil

Fabulous family holiday had
Due to flight delays we were very late arriving to Barcelona with a 45 minute drive to Cubelles ahead of us after collecting car rental. We were a party of 8 adults and 5 children ranging from 1 year old up to 11. The majority of our party went by shuttle transfer with my husband and I picking up the car. Jordi kindly offered on being notified of flight delay and lateness of arrival to get in some essentials. There was a welcome bottle of red and white wine as well as a few other drinks in fridge on our arrival. The villa itself was absolutely fabulous and met all our expectations. In fact exceeded them. The pool was a good size and easily accommodated our party and spotlessly clean with Jordi visiting to check water quality during our stay. On our departure he arrived early and we witnessed him starting the cleaning process of the whole pool evidencing that the pool is thoroughly cleaned between clients. I really cannot praise enough the quality of the villa, its cleanliness and space offered. It was excellent. We were glad of the car rental as the shops are 15 to 20 minute walk away and with the size of our party and barbecuing every evening our shopping was sizable though the information supplied by Jordi did say that one of the large grocery shops where we did most of our grocery shopping did deliver. The area was quite. Play ground were within few minutes walk. The beach was about 25minute walk. We needed to contact Jordi twice during our stay and on each occasion his response was prompt and issue dealt with quickly.

Fabulous Villa
Just returned from a family holiday staying in this lovely Villa. There were 11 of us age range 7 - 65yrs. The villa had everything you could want for a fantastic holiday. Fully equipped to self cater, loads of space for everyone both inside and out and good quality furnishings.
Contact with host easy (although no contact was needed throughout our stay).
We had no problem with the 20 minute walk to supermarkets ,and beaches roughly 25minutes away.
Area was peaceful with loads of walks including into forest to rear of property.
Thank you Jordi for a lovely villa which made our family break perfect!!

A lovely villa exactly as described
Three generations of my family came together to celebrate my birthday and everyone thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Jordi has thought of everything - even some lovely wine on arrival. Peaceful, private, clean, fun and also near to local shops, beach and train station, Would definitely come back.

Huset är bättre nästan en beskrivningen. Jätte bra skick,fräscht. AC;n fungerade i alla rum.Super bra hus,som allting fungerade. Jordi är den bästa husvärd man kan få. Vi var 14personer, 8vuxna 4barn 2 ettåriga. Barnsängar samt matstolar fixade Jordi. Poolen var bra, fräsch. Bil är bra att ha till affären, står säkert parkerad på gården. Vi är väldigt tacksamma. Merci tout d'abord au propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
La maison correspond exactement à l'image que l'on s'en était faite.
Parfaite pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants (on était 13).
Le quartier est calme (pavillonnaire). Les supermarchés sont tout proches.
Les plages sont très bien aussi.
Sinon, Cubelles ne présente pas un grand intérêt touristique. Par contre, vous avez les villes de Sitges et Tarragone toutes proches. A faire!

We had a very nice stay at Jordis house! We were 3 familys with 5 children all together at the house. The pool was perfect for the children as well for us adults. The house is spacious and big. The air condition worked well. Jordi was quick to answer and deliver, when we needed more towels and sheets. We had a lovely stay!

Fantástica casa para desconectar y relajarse. La casa dispone de 6 habitaciones y grandes espacios comunes. En el exterior un jardín muy bien mantenido, con barbacoa y una piscina con tumbonas para relajarse. Estuvimos cuatro parejas con siete niños. La relación calidad/precio es dificilmente superable. Seguro que repetimos.

Absolutely amazing
From start to finish Jordi the owner was so helpful, we arrived late so he had bought us the essentials for when we arrived, even left lovely home made biscuits, 11 family and close friends (all woman) stayed here for my 50th birthday, the villa is immaculate inside and out, the pool was so warm and clean, there is not much bars / restaurants around the area that we found, ( only sat and sun) but it never stopped is having one of the best holidays we have all been on, we went to the local supermarket and stocked up, and had breakfast to supper outside everyday, this was perfect for us and would highly recommend, we are looking at coming back soon because we enjoyed it so much, (if jordi will have us ha ha) thank you again Jordi couldnt ask for a better birthday love liz and gang ( liverpool ) xx

We spent 5 wonderful days in the house Cubelles which is equipped with all necessary, comfortable things for an enjoyfull holiday as: swimming pool, big fridge, air-condition in all sleeping rooms etc....And if you need anything else, the host is well prepared to provide supports.
There are many beachs in that area. If I need to recommend, then this is my favorite: Altafulla in the area Costa Dorada (approx 30 km)
All family members love it for a coming back... Let see, when we are booking this amazing house again.
