From the living room, you can easily access the balcony that offers views of downtown Park City and vistas of the surrounding mountains. The warm and inviting kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a complete range of household appl,iances including a stainless steel refrigerator, oven & stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a variety of other small household appliances, including a coffee machine, blender, and a double toaster. The kitchen is beautifully finished with thick granite countertops, hardwood, cabinetry, and a large kitchen island, which can be used as a breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite recipes! The dining room is situated right next to the kitchen with a large hardwood dining room table with seating for up to ten guests, mountain décor, and a chandelier, making this home ideal for large families and groups. The fourth suite features two two beds, a large and a large dresser closet and shares the fourth bathroom with the other downstairs bedroom.
