2 bedroom,1 bathroom with living room,dining room and kitchenette in a secure gated community of Venture Out.Fully furnished,Colorful & great island vibe.
This is a Florida lovers Paradise.
This dry lot home can sleep 6. The house is fully furnished with a colorful island vibe. 2 modern bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
Bathroom does connect to oe bedroom.
There is a queen bed in the bottom floor bedroom,along with AC & a flat screen TV.
One full pull out couch in the living room with a flat screen TV and AC unit. As you make your way through the kitchenette there is a single bed in its own part of the hallway before the bathroom.
The back bedroom has a Full bed with a AC unit.
3 AC units total in house.
The decoration in all the rooms give you that feel of paradise.The kitchenette has a 4 person sitting area. Toaster, Keurig/coffee maker/toaster oven /Stove.
Unfortunately there is NO oven. The dishwasher is currently broken at this time.
There is also a picnic table out front to enjoy your morning coffee or nice grilled steak.There is Outside lighting,Two bikes and a gas grill on the side of the house.
This house is 5 houses away from the Coin laundry area and extra bath houses for extra bathroom and showers if needed.- House does NOT have washer or dryer units-
The house is in a secured gated community called Venture Out,which is a 64 acre property with 24 hour security.
*** Please note, a additional one time charge (not included in your total and not charged by the owner) of $125 is paid at gate time of arrival***
That charge is to use all the amenities that Venture out has to offer which are all walking distance from the house. It includes Two boat ramps,fueling station,a convenient store(open 7 days a week)- the store alone has all last minute things you need from beer,food,snacks, toiletries,bait & ice,80 ft heated pool(with ocean views) a children’s swimming area,hot tub,tied off saltwater swimming(next to the pool) with tiki huts to picnic under,washer & dryer units, and extra bathhouses & bathrooms.

Once booked I have a property manager on site that will help with any needs or questions you have during your stay. Iam also available during your whole stay for questions!
If your into certain sports or activities V.O has you covered also with a tennis court & basketball court. Along with the recreation building that has a library, pool tables,dart boards & ping pong and also WiFi!
***WiFi is ONLY located in the recreation hall or poolside***
PARKING- Each unit is only a one car driveway.
Additional vehicles may be parked in the overflow parking lot (5 minutes away from your home) for $5 a night. Parking for Boats and/or trailers Must be parked outside of park -Accommodations of places will be giving after reservation.
Depending on the time of year the Pavilion has all different activities also from Pancake Breakfast,Church,Movies,Musicals,Swimming,Yoga,Line dancing etc!
Cudjoe Key is 20 miles from Key west. It is in between Sugarloaf Key and Summerland Key and not far from Big Pine Key or Marathon. All year long there are different events, holidays,festivals,fishing tournaments, lobster season,boat races,fantasy fest etc.
The house has mostly everything you need,except one thing... that’s you!

We were happy with our stay! It was a cute small place but had the essentials you need for a Florida stay! The tiles in the backsplash were falling down and the one back room is tiny compared to what I thought the picture showed, no room for bags to sit on the floor. But it stayed cool at night, all appliances works great, and even had bikes for us to use. We used the outdoor furniture every day and if we come back to the Keys, we would stay here again!!

Our host was fantastic, easy to communicate with and quick response. The community is fantastic, was extremely safe and had a lot to offer. Location, Location, Location! Super, really a quick drive to Key West. We had a great time!

We had to stay another day due to the weather in Dallas. We were lucky no one was coming in the next day so we were able to rent the place another night . Great place. Security was amazing.

Property was fair condition. It is a trailer with 1 key for the slider, we entered.it was opena nd key on the table(key did not work) and no key for backdoor. We kept our items in the car when we left the location. 3rd sleep space had no air flow, nor privacy as it was right off kitchen and the only accessway to bathroom. Outdoor space was old worn chairs. That said it served the purpose for our 4 days. Great location and pool area was great.
