Situated in Acadia National Park, this charming condo for $330 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Art Nook is conveniently located on Cottage Street, in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. Park your vehicle in the included, off street parking space and walk to all the downtown shops, restaurants and attractions. The grocery store is only a block away, as well as bicycle, kayak, and motor scooter rentals. Bar Island, which is part of Acadia National Park, is just a short walk down the street. Check out the tide chart, and at low tide walk on the beach to go across the sand bar, where you can hike to the top of Bar Island to see a great view of Bar Harbor. The free bus system, the Island Explorer, can be boarded from the Village Green, a short walk from the apartment. It can take you around Acadia National Park, to the top of Cadillac Mountain, to Sand Beach, and to other amazing destinations on the island. If you enjoy hitting the links, the Kebo Valley Golf Club is a short five minute drive away. After an exciting day of exploring, return to the newly renovated, upscale second floor condo which has two bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms with tub/showers. The home is nicely decorated and has beautiful artwork throughout. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has all you need to make your own meals at home. Also included is a laundry room, Wifi, Smart and Cable TV, Smart Lock, and a DVD player. And on those rare days when it gets hot in Bar Harbor, the apartment is completely air conditioned!

This apartment was perfect for our first trip to Bar Harbor! The apartment was very clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed! We found the beds comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults to relax after a day at Acadia. It was right on a main street and we could walk to restaurants, shops, grocery, and bike rental. Perfect for exploring Bar Harbor. Bobby was wonderful to work with. He was responsive to my questions and checked in with us to see how we were doing. He also went above and beyond the call of duty to mail something to us that we left behind! Thank you!

Loved the property. It was clean and modern and for us, perfectly situated to restaurants and Acadia National Park. We were there 4 nights but it actually wasn’t enough time to do the park justice.Lots of nice walks around town too!

We could not have stayed at a better place. The beds were comfortable, the whole apartment was clean, and we had everything we needed. The unit was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Check in and check out was super easy. The manager was very welcoming and offered any assistance needed. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great property. Very centrally located and most everything was within walking distance. The place looked just like the pictures and was very well appointed. The property manager, Bobby, was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time in a beautiful place. I’d definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay and especially loved the location right in town. We were even able to walk directly back to the apartment one morning after viewing the sunrise from Cadillac mountain. Super special memories!

This apartment is updated and very clean. The washer and dryer were a big plus. There were lots of windows to provide great light. Awesome TV to catch up on the US Open Golf tournament! The location is the very best thing about this rental. We could walk everywhere in Bar Harbor within just a few minutes. This place is located just up the street from the sandbar across to Bar Island. And the icing on the cake was the parking space that was included. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend booking this apartment for your next trip to Bar Harbor.

We loved the Art Nook!! It's the best location (walking distance) to all of the restaurants, and shopes. Comes with parking. A block away to the Bar Island trail. Ten minute drive, if that, to Acadia! Condo was fully stocked - soaps to spices, non-sticking spray to neosporin, coffee & tea. Super clean & comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

This property is exactly like the pictures! Up to date, very clean, and spacious. Beds were comfortable and rooms had plenty of space for clothes in closets and drawers. Bathrooms were nice and so clean. The washer & dryer is an added bonus. We loved having the RESERVED PARKING SPACE as parking is at a premium in Bar Harbor! Location was convenient and an easy walk to all Bar Harbor necessities...restaurants, grocery store, shops, shore path; and ,of course ACADIA NATL PARK was an easy drive (or use the Island Explorer FREE shuttle bus)!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bar Harbor at this delightful spot. The place was clean and had everything we could possibly need for comfort. Directions were clear, furniture (including the beds) was comfortable and the location can’t be beat! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This is a beautiful and immaculate two bedroom, two bathroom property with a large, fully stocked kitchen, that opens up to a comfortable, beautiful, and spacious living room and eating area. This property has the best towels and bedding plus there is a full size front loading washer and dryer if needed. The town of Bar Harbor is right there to enjoy yet the property is located on a very quiet side street. No worries about searching for a parking spot because this property comes with a reserved spot. The entrance to Acadia National Park is just a less than 10 minute drive away. We rented bikes and rode right from the property to the carriage trails. The property manager, Bobby, is an absolute pleasure and extremely helpful. He was genuinely caring about ensuring that every aspect of our stay was wonderful and it was!

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed the property. The location could not have been any better. Grocery store was a block away and downtown was just a few blocks away. They offered both a regular coffee pot and Keurig machine. Bathrooms had shampoo and soap. We used washer and dryer after doing our daily hikes. Bobby was responsive when needed. Thanks for a great visit.

This was a gem in Bar Harbor! The apartment was even nicer than pictured - everything was very clean and well stocked and communication and entry was seamless! We were within minutes of walking distance to anything in the center of Bar Harbor - including the walk to Bar Island, Hannafords grocery store, and all the main shops and restaurants!
We will definitely come back on our future stays!

The check in and check out processes were great, and the host was super responsive. Apartment was very clean and spacious. The location couldn’t be beat. Right down the street from all the shops and restaurants, as well as the sand bar to Bar Island, but not right in the center of crowds. Easy access to Acadia and to the Explorer bus. Two minute walk to stock up on groceries for the week. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice 2BR 2BA. Well equipped and nicely furnished. Very clean. The location is great! Walking distance to everything. Grocery store is half block away. 1-3 blocks to all the restaurants, marina, etc in Bar Harbor. Short drive 2.5 miles to Acadia NP Visitor Center and entrance. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and place to stay while in Bar Harbor
We spent 4 nights in Bar Harbor and loved this place! Our 2 teen daughters enjoyed walking around town and the location is close to everything. The unit is very clean and stocked with everything you need- including laundry detergent. I would definitely stay here again. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Great single family home located minutes from Main Street in Bar Harbor. Lots to do downtown. And about a 10 minute drive to Acadia. Looks like the home has been newly renovated. It has two large bedrooms each with a privet bath and a very open dining / living room area. Great for a family vacation.

We were 2 couples staying here and it was perfect. Location is great, you can walk everywhere in town. 5-15 minutes from the park, depending on where you are headed in Acadia. The whole place has been recently renovated and it tastefully decorated. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room furniture. The kitchen has everything you need for meals. The place was very clean. There was dishwasher soap and laundry supplies provided (a nice bonus). Checkin/checkout was a breeze. Bobby was super to work with, very responsive to questions.

This property was at a great location, easy access to town, free parking, all the kitchen amenities you need to make a lobster dinner. Comfy beds, TV with sports channel for the men to watch their favorite baseball and football game. Would stay again.
