Great location with a metro station nearby and plenty of shops around. Very convenient for getting around and finding everything you need. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was disappointing. The cleaners did not empty the bins and only replaced towels when the dirty ones were left outside in a blue bag. Even with eco cleaning, we expected the bins to be emptied as a basic part of housekeeping.
The laundry service was also very expensive — around double the price compared with other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

The staffs are very kind and eager to help with politeness. Location is graet for everyone who love the peaceful for rest after long journey all day. even the hotel is not near the train station of main line such as Midosuji line but it near to Kitahama station of Sakaisuji line and able to walk to Yodoyabashi station of Midosuji line. Moreover if you're a coffee lover, this hotel is the easy place to find great coffee nearby them.
I stayed in Room 1207. my room door made a loud rattling sound every time other guests open or close their doors. It sounds like someone is trying to enter my room, which makes it very difficult for me to sleep.

I couldn't find anything particularly good about it. Having already stayed at the nearby Sheraton or Daiwa Roynet, it is difficult to find anything especially advantageous when comparing them.
The staff's service and irregular room cleaning were not announced in advance, which is actually a point of significant contrast with Daiwa Roynet.
