Perfectly located across from a 7-Eleven and close to Kitahama and Yodoyabashi Stations which will get you to most places in Osaka as well as day trip locations like Nara and Kobe. The property also has multiple lifts despite the Expedia page saying otherwise!

Really good hotel overall. Nice bath in room. Breakfast was a bit basic and quality was that great, but it was still good overall. Staff were great.

We stayed in one of the newer rooms for our honeymoon. The room and hotel was super clean and cozy. The shower/bathtub was INCREDIBLE. They had a lovely breakfast buffet system with a nice variety to choose from. Lovely hotel with a wonderful staff! Thank you!

This hotel was exceptional in every way. The room was extremely comfortable, and the location could not have been better, situated right in a quiet business district, steps from a train station and a beautiful rose garden within 15 minutes of the hotel. There were also two other train stations within a 10-15 minute walk of the hotel. Little details made a huge difference during our stay. Having complimentary bottled water available in the lobby was a lifesaver on humid days. The room amenities were equally impressive: the shampoo and conditioner were high quality, the shower and soaker tub provided a wonderful place to relax, and the TV system even displayed real-time updates on laundry machine availability and remaining cycle times.
Above all, the staff truly made our experience memorable. Everyone was warm, genuinely friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They went above and beyond when they held our luggage before check-in and delivered our bags straight to our room once it was ready. We were pleasantly surprised by their thoughtful service and cannot recommend this hotel enough.
