The location is good, the studio is nice and pleasant and is equipped with utensils and plates, so it has a home feeling.
It is not very well soundproof.

It was very well proportioned, with two ample bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room-dining room and a fairly sized kitchen. There were lots of amenities nearby, including a couple of children’s parks, two different supermarkets, and lots of convenience shops and restaurants, plus several metro stations and buses within walking distance.
The kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped: like no oven mitt to take things from the oven, or scissors to cut packets open. Also one door of each wardrobe was broken

The room in general. Modern and with all appliances in good conditions. Bathroom excellent.
I little small but was fine for me and my family. Very difficult to park. You must consider it only if you don't travel with car. Almost all parking is for residents and paid parking but the big problem is find a free spot.

The apartment is in a good location and is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
The call center people are very helpful and response to all my requests.
The place needs some touch ups, because it is a bit neglected.
The welcome was very unpleasant- we arrive at 4 p.m. and the cleaning lady is still there. Apparently the previous tenant has smoked in the room so she had to use some kind of machine to clean and wasn’t done in time. We checked in 40 minutes later and because of the hurry there was no blanket in the room the first night. What was unnerving was that nobody explained to me or warned me. She spoke to somebody in Spanish on the phone and then I had to call the service desk to check what is going on.
