Nice apartment near Plaza Castilla

The apartment is very well located, next to metro station, bus stops, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Just 500m from Plaza Castilla. The apartment was clean, towels and toiletry were provided. It has a small kitchen with a few utensils, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine also available. It has a smart TV. It has no air conditioning but the ceiling fan helps a lot so it doesn’t feel warm.

They are very inflexible with check in and check out times. They give you the instructions for check in only after 15:00. Check out is at 11:00 and they don’t give you even 30 additional minutes, even when I kindly asked for it. Even though there is a dishwasher, there is no soap provided for the machine. So you have to do the dishes by hand. Some basic stuff like salt, pepper, oil, coffee are missing. It would be nice if provided.

Really good apartment for 5 days to stay

Rally nice apartment. All things was included. Bathroom was clean and new.

Loud outside - drunk people messing up with police on kids playground. Apartment is on ground floor and a lot of people were cording by our windows

OK,for a few nights.

Location to metro.

Very hard bed and shower that floods into bathroom. The apartment is OK for a few nights, however Generally, the apartment needs a refresh.

Check-in in autonomia con chiavi in una cassettina di sicurezza con codice. Non aria condizionata ma ventilatore a soffitto e a piantana.

Era una prenotazione per tre ma non era preparato il terzo letto (divano letto), abbiamo dovuto cercare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puliti sotto al cassettone del letto principale.

La ubicación del alojamiento y la información para acceder a el(en el check un poco gusta me llegó después de la hora de la entrada indicada

-En la cocina falta de elemento basico para poder cocinar(sal aceite,azucar…lo basico) -al llegar de las dos toallas que nos dejaron en la cama una mojada (la tuvimos que secar con un ventilador del propio departamento
