Lovely stay all around

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff :) Breakfast was fresh and topped of with a glass of juice.

Exceptional

I highly recommend this for budget solo and couple travelers who want a clean and decent place with great service. The hotel is kept immaculately by the family owners, and all of the staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel has a fascinating history: founded in 1956 and was probably THE place to stay at the time, based on the well-preserved photographs on display. The current owner is the grandson(?) of the original owner and pride-of-place abounds. Great pool surrounded by ample seating with umbrellas. Very good buffet-breakfast (included) and a house paella at night, etc. Though surrounded by buildings, the property is surprisingly peaceful and the sun and breeze somehow reach the pool area. This hotel is an oasis, and an excellent deal. 5 min walk to beach.

Street parking is nonexistent in summer, but owners have a deal with a garage just one block away (for a fee). If arriving or leaving between hours of 9pm and 8am(?), you will need to use municipal parking ($20 for 12 hours?) — which is about 5 blocks away but safe with a 24-hour attendant. This is all just good to know. Seems good to contact owner upon or before your arrival.

Great Hotel

Lovely little hotel located in the old town. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants on the door step. 10 minute stroll to the beach. Great air con and WIFI. Nice pool area and a small bar/on site restaurant. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had tapas at the hotel a few days which was lovely. The hotel is very clean, the rooms were comfortable and had all we needed, including a mini fridge. We had a nice view of the pool area from our balcony.

The only criticism I have is the breakfast. Whereas it was lovely, it was exactly the same selection every day with no variation. Would have been nice to have a little more variety.

Perfect relaxing hotel in a brilliant location

The hotel staff were so lovely and welcoming during the entire stay. The room was lovely and clean and the beds were really comfortable. The terrace in the room was perfect for getting some fresh air in the morning and the pool was amazing and very quiet so was very accessible during the whole stay. The continental breakfast in the mornings was delicious and had lots of selection. The location of the hotel was perfect it was right near loads of shops and restaurants and the beach which was perfect for us. Overall it was a really good stay and the staff there are absolutely amazing.

Nothing to complain about at all everything was just as we hoped.

Weekend getaway

I went to Lloret de Mar to see my family who were spending vacation there and my choice of accomodation fell onto Mireia Hotel being a family business and it was a great choice. I had a very warm reception by Joan, he even allocated me a bigger room with a view of the pool, as there were not many visitors at the time. Breakfast was nice and fulfilling. I learned a charming history about this hotel and that's what gives it a more personal touch. The hotel is located in a quieter street, which is essential for a good rest and sleep. The beach is within 7 min walk and the walking path to the castle d'en Plaja is within 13 min walk, the walking path continues along all the beautiful rocky coast and is great for those who love hiking.

Beautiful place to stay Staff & Management from start to finish were lovely and helpful Would fully recommend this Hotel Quiet area Very restful nights as not noisy this side of town But less than 5 mins to the Beach & Bars Walking Distance to everything

Great family run hotel. All the staff were super friendly, the room was good with an amazing bed. The facilities were great and we had some good tapas on the evening. Overall a good quality hotel and great value we would definitely stay there again.

Superb

Very chilled pool area. Staff (family) were very friendly. Great service, food, drink all available throughout the day. Brilliant WiFi. Big balcony. Loads of seating around the pool. Restaurants, shops, pharmacy all nearby. 5 mins to the beach.

Walls were thin, thought next door was coming into our room in the middle of the night.

Great value Little Hotel

Lovely small family run hotel in a great location. Close to loads of restaurants and bars in the older part of Lloret. Spotlessly clean and good value for money. Old photos of the hotel in the corridors show what it was like when they opened back in the 1950's. Lovely to see the history of the place.

There was nothing I didn't like, but there was no lift, so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Exceeded my expectations.

The reviews were good and I decided to go for it, not knowing what to expect and I'm glad I did. This family-run hotel exceeded my expectations. The room is a bit dated but it's well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Other reviewers have brought up the issue of thin walls, and although true to some extent, it didn't bother me as the other guests were respectful. I brought up an issue with the room to the owner and he went out of his way to rectify it. What great customer service! Everyone I've met is friendly and helpful. Super!

Hotel was fine. Lloret wasn't really for me. Paid for two nights but left after one.

The hotel was really good and the breakfast is amazing.

For us it was far from the center and we did not find many activities, but we were not interested in parties and these types of outings.

Fabulous

Booked on a whim too se some friends. Ended up staying for a couple of nights. Pools lovely. Chilled there all day. Owners and staff couldn't help me more with anything.... Even a free beer while I waited for my taxi on departure. Thankyou for a great stay guys. I will definitely be returning soon.. round about £30 a night! Amazing value for money. Many thanks.
