Nice hotel. Pool rules need help

It is a nice hotel. Great location, nice and clean rooms. My only complaint, the hot tub was gross and the pool was full of very young kids, 14 at a time that all looked under 10 yrs old, one told me she was 3, with no parents anywhere and the staff refused to do anything about it. So it was rather difficult to enjoy the beautiful pool area with our family and 2 yr old grandson. Also 8am and a pool side room was very loud with several young kids and pool toys. Staff allowed kids to ride scooters in the pool area around all the rooms. Maybe it was a “off” weekend- but I wish the staff wouldn’t put up with that because it’s such a beautiful pool area. I’d stay again 1x, but never again if the pool and spa are just a free for all for kids. I had a baby and a 2 yr old, the kids at the pool were so wild we couldn’t take our kids in the pool. I’ve never seen a hotel pool that wild. And it was ok with the hotel staff.

Good hotel but could use some improvements

Loved the pool area. Shower had good water pressure

My first room shower was broke off the wall the first night and it still wasnt fixed after the second day with absolutely no communication from staff about progress so had to switch rooms at night with two little girls. Not fun. All staff could definitely use hospitality training. No one acknowledges visitors or even smiles

I will forever and only stay at the Hertiage Inn when we come to Great Falls

Every time we stay in great falls Montana, we stay at the Heritage Inn . The staff are always very friendly, rooms are always clean. The pool is nice and warm, I can bring my baby in there. The location is somewhat central. It is a bit of a stretch to target, and the outdoor waterpark, otherwise it’s close to Walmart, the gas station etc.

Only one time I had asked the beds to be made and the towels replaced, and they made the beds but didn’t replace the towels. I think the ladies must have forgot, and that’s ok, there are a ton of rooms in this hotel. I also don’t love how far the walk is to the rooms but I LOVE the fact there is an outdoor entrance on every hallway so you can park your vehicle close to your room.

Hot and disappointing stay in Great Falls Montana

The location was good

No A/C, when we checked in. Went to front desk and they said sorry we have no other rooms available tonight but here is a fan. It was 86 F in our room. Terrible night sleep. The hot tub jets did not work and the water looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. Our room was not cleaned even tough we requested, all they did was provide some clean towels. No shampoo and the bed was not made. The second night we insisted they move use to a room with working A/C and while at the front desk there was 5 others who did not have A/C in their rooms and 2 people who were requesting towels and shampoo as their rooms were not cleaned. For the price we paid it was very poor value. At check out they said their is nothing to be done as we booked through Booking.com. If you like to pay lots of money to stay in a hotel that does not provide you anything they offer on their web site then this is the place for you. If not save your self some frustration and stay some place else.

Hot uncomfortable

I liked having a balcony room.

Central air was hot, hot, hot. Uncomfortable. Restaurant ignored us, so we left and went out for breakfast elsewhere.

overcharged for a falsely advertised room, staff was uncooperative.

Room was not as advertised. Did not have private entrance,. Room did not match Pictures, was no couch for a King Suite. There was no independent air conditioner as shown in the pics of room. Overall price was higher as advertised. Room was hot all night even though the old school thermostat was set at max low. Asked staff why no ice in machine, they walked away ignoring us completely. Will never stay there again if i was paid too. Neighbors were extremely loud til 4am, called front desk to complain, front desk did nothing to solve issue, contacted neighbors personally, they just got louder. Got maybe a hour of sleep for $250...personally , Hotel should give full refund for failure to hold their paid guests at utmost ethics as a Inn Keeper. . We complained, never received a call back or even a partial refund, highly disappointed.

Staff interaction with their guests. loud neighbors. Room was falsely advertised. Seemed like we got downgraded and paid more then originally booked for. Bath tub drained slow. Toilet drained slow. No Direct Air Conditioning as shown in pics when booking room. Room was not as shown or explained in booking.com. overall experience, worst ever.

Breakfast was ok. Room was ok, but small.

The pool and spa water were filthy! We brought kids with us. We did allow them to swim for a short time but it was disgusting! I won't stay at this hotel again. When I complained, I was told that by the person at the front desk that he would check the filter. Much more than a filter check was needed. The water needed to be drained from the pool and the spa, the sides and bottom of them needed to be scoured and then refilled with clean water.

King suite no AC

Beautiful place

chaotic when checking in, no direction to finding room, couldn't find room, had to ask housekeeping, signs didn't help. Room overlooked convention room and convention going on, no ac in room, had to use 3 fans, was woken up at 8 am by drums from convention. Went on for quite a while, forced us out of the room earlier than planned. Wasn't happy.

Disappointing

The hallway carpets were dirty & the hallways smelled musty. The hot tube didn’t work at all and the staff is well aware of it but is not getting fixed.

On the beaten path...

Love that the restaurant is attached to the lobby of the hotel. The coffee bar is a great feature as well.

Its not bad, but not good either

I liked that the check in was fast and they got me to my room in about 5 minutes. I liked the air conditioner; it was nice and cool. That is pretty much all, I was only there for the night and didn't leave my room at all.

There is only one thing I didn't like about my stay and its kinda bad. The bed sheets had blood on them!! Now I understand that blood is hard to wash off, but its not impossible. But honestly, if there is blood on the sheets, they need to get thrown out and disposed of.

The stay was good I just would have went somewhere else so the kids could have went swimming but everything else was goo

The property was clean and staff seemed nice.

The only thing that was bad was we choose this property for the pool and it was closed which was very disappointing. I would have went somewhere else if I had know that.

The hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and convenient to the bike trails which is why we like to stay here.

I am involved with OWAS every year, have not had this kind of issue before.

I booked a room that included breakfast. When I arrived at the only breakfast venue, I was told that we were supposed to order off the menu. That was fine. What never was explained was that it was NOT included with my room. When I was seated, I asked again if this was the breakfast that came with the room and was told yes. My first inkling that it wasn’t included was when I received the bill. Then my friend and I were charged twice for breakfast, once when she left and once when I left. That is unconscionable.

I love the location! Was easy to navigate to the basketball games!

The people from the other room were loud. We could hear them most of the night being loud and obnoxious! People are arguing in the hallway and outside our window! We had a hell of a time trying to sleep!!
