Offer of wine and cookies on arrival was nice. Washer (with soap) and dryer for a quick free load. Breakfast dropped off in morning. Really above/beyond expectations.

Everything. The hotel is immaculate, the beds are the best I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, fresh baked cookies, breakfast to your door, good coffee and coffee makers. Weirdly enough my biggest pet peeve at hotels is not having a fan. That being said, the HVAC systems at the Gibson have an adjustable fan and put on high it was almost like the box fan I have in my home. Absolutely perfect stay and when I’m in Great Falls for work I will not be staying anywhere else.
Oh, and Vicky at the front desk was amazing. I had a business dinner that went late (with a few drinks) and Vicky made me fresh baked cookies at 1am. Absolutely incredible service and experience.

The room was clean and comfortable
The location is in a pretty shady looking area with shady looking people walking around and we did not feel comfortable going outside once we were checked in. We were asked at check in if we wanted some fresh baked cookies delivered to our room and never received them! Also ordered to our room and didn’t receive it either along with some other folks I talked to at the checkout desk!
