Situated in Sitges, this attractive condo for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The apartment: This 1st floor apartment in Sitges with lift (although there is a flight of 7 steps to access it) provides the perfect accommodation for a group of up to 5 guests in 60mts indoor space.The luminous living room has a double sofa bed where two occasional guests can sleep upon request, a table and chairs for indoor dinning and also a large flat screen TV with Spanish digital channels. The apartment also offers fiber optic free internet access for our guests convenience. Floor to ceiling windows flood the room with the Mediterranean sunlight. Double sliding doors give access to a wonderful terracethat has the sun all day. There is a outdoor table and chairs and spectacular views over the church, the beach and the blue sea. This is a wonderful spot for al fresco dining, enjoying a glass of local fresh wine, a morning coffee or just relaxing while enjoying the fantastic views. The RIBERA SOL apartment has a AC unit in the living room and anotherin the double bedroom. As it is a fairly compact apartment, it is enough to cool the whole house. Since car traffic is restricted in this area, the sounds that our guests are most likely to hear from the terrace are the waves breaking on the beach or the bells from the church. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay. The apartment comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed 150x200cm and the other one with a bunk bed 90x200cm) and a full bathroom with basin, WC and shower. We also manage the RIBERA MOON apartmentin the same building so, booking both properties together we can accommodate up to 8 guests. Stunning views and a great price for this lovely beach front apartment in Sitges. The surroundings: The RIBERA SOL apartment is ideally located right on the famous "Passeig de la Ribera", a beautiful palm tree promenade, and just in the heart of Sitges. This beach front apartment offers unbeatable views of the church, the golden sandy beaches and the Mediterranean. There are just a few meters between the apartment and the sea. The charming old quarter of Sitges with all its little picturesque streets and beautiful shops is right behind the apartment. Some of the best restaurants in Sitges are also right by your front door. Less than 10 mts from the beach. To take into account: Parties and smoking NOT allowed. If you´re travelling with your pet, please, contact us before confirming your booking. The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. This tax, currently, has a cost of 1,10€ (VAT included) per person (over 16 years) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, and is payable to your greeter at the property. Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out. This property is equipped with a keyless smart door opening system that is managed with the guest's mobile phone or with a numerical code. We will provide access intructions before checking in. The price of this property varies daily according to the demand and the offer.

A fantastic stay for my wife and I. Sitges is a beautiful city on the mediterranean -- apartment was in an ideal location close to everything in Sitges. Apt was exactly as described -- communication with manel and merce was excellent -- i would reccommend Blaustages to anyone wanting to stay in Sitges. We would definitely use them and this apartment again!

We spend a wonderful week with our 2 young daughters in this flat. It is exceptionally well located, 1 mn walk from the beach. A dream view from the terrace. A well equipped flat with all you need. Last but not least, a really good communication with Blausitges's team (informations about Sitges and Festa Major, taxi booking...) Nothing to say except : THANK YOU and (I hope so) SEE YOU SOON!

We enjoyed a lovey week at Ribera Sol. The apartment is in a great position for the town, the beaches and restaurants. We sat on the balcony and listened to various musicians in the evening too. Sitges is a wonderful, vibrant town with wonderful places to eat - a great place for a holiday.
