About this apartment rental
Very bright apartment at the 3rd floor of a typical Venetian building on Campo Santa Marina, with characteristic canal views. It consists of three double and one single bedroom, a comfortable living-room with one sofa-bed, a very practical wardrobe room, a large kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. It has all comforts, and the furniture is simple and functional, with lovely little coloured tiles on the white walls and warm parquet flooring. With a 5 minutes walk you are at Rialto bridge; within 10 minutes by foot you reach Piazza San Marco. By its location and features this recently restored apartment is ideal for a holiday in Venice in terms of quality, location and price.

The apartment is big and clean. The communication was easy and the check in and check out was very smooth.The only minus is it doesn't have air-conditioning. Overall is a good place to rent.

It's a huge apartment and perfect if you are traveling with a large group of people. It's located on the third floor with no elevator. But the location is close to everything in Venice. They provide a high chair and crib if you are traveling with a little one. The flooring the the apartment is uneven so I'm not sure if it's all like this in Venice since it's under water and the building might be moving a bit. You won't have to worry about noise if you are staying here since it's located on a quite street. It's worth staying here for the price and the space you get!

Warning: Confirm the price of the night before your arrival because we had the unpleasant surprise of a 10% increase on arrival! Apart from that, the apartment is in keeping with the description and pleasant to live.
Attenzione: confermi il prezzo della notte prima del tuo arrivo perché avevamo la spiacevole sorpresa di un aumento del 10% all'arrivo! A parte questo, l'appartamento è in linea con la descrizione e piacevole da vivere.
Attention : bien confirmer le prix de la nuit avant votre arrivé car nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'une augmentation de 10% à notre arrivée ! A part cela, l'appartement est conforme à la description et agréable à vivre.
