About this apartment rental
The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo; 15 minutes' walk from the Vatican and Piazza di Spagna. is situated 40 meters from the River Tiber in an elegant and quiet environment, close to the historic landmarks of Rome, close to the metro station (Lepanto) and major bus lines, which makes it unnecessary to use of the car.
The apartment is furnished in a modern style and cheerful, with a choice of materials and color tones that make the space cozy and pleasant. Consists of an entrance hall with a sitting area and two comfortable red chairs, a coffee table and a flat screen television equipped with a DVD player, a living room with a sofa and another flat screen TV to allow more people to watch programs different. The kitchen is open plan and well equipped for the most demanding chef with electric induction hob, microwave, electric kettle and toaster and refrigerator with freezer.
There are two separate bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, one of which if necessary can be transformed into a comfortable double bed and are decorated with fresh colors and playful. There are two bathrooms, one associated to the room with the single beds and the second in the corridor and are made with refined design and original colors and are both equipped with a shower and hair dryer.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and is equipped with central heating and internet with a wi-fi in ultrafast optical fiber and completely free.
Please note that this apartment is located in the same villa in Art Nouveau style in which the apartment 'Catullo' is located on the site Homelidays number 6380942, allowing a larger group to spend their holidays together but at the same time without sacrificing privacy.

Host: 10/10. The host Constantino was responsive, generous and helpful. He allowed us to check in early, and because he lives in the building, agreed to keep the bag of a family member who was catching a later flight out of Rome. He also provided free treats and snacks and the kitchen was very well equipped overall.Location: 10/10. We were so happy to stay in this part of Rome that is still walking distance from many of the key sights (and very close to a Metro stop) but more peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of good cafes and restaurants close by. Apartment: 9/10. It's a good size with high ceilings, comfortable beds, and well equipped with two full bathrooms. It could use a fresh coat of paint in places with some smudges on the walls but other than this a great place to stay that is centrally located in Rome.

Thanks to Constantino for being an amazing host and accommodating our fluid check in time. The apartment is as listed in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. The little extras of cookies and water were appreciated after a long day of travel. The location is within easy walking distance to the Vatican and numerous restaurants and stores. Can't beat the location. We had a wonderful time. Thanks again!

Apartment was located near subway & Vatican & host met us there to explain everything. Fully stocked kitchen including some groceries. 1 bedroom has king bed with firm mattress. 2nd bedroom has 2 king beds side by side and an on suite bathroom. 2 Bathrooms total, each with showers, toilets, bidets and hall bathroom has wash machine. Drying rack to dry clothes. Lots of windows to let cool breezes in. Our first night had loud teenagers right outside our window, but they moved along when we politely asked them to let us sleep. Recommend this place.
