The location of this stay is perfect. Right in the center of everything. Easy walking distance to downtown. The suite was clean, offered plenty of space to spread out for 4 adults, and had great waterfront views. Like others stated, the property is a little dated but the rooms are very well kept and updated. My only nitpick would be the bedroom curtains. They do not close very well and do not offer much privacy. We had to use a chip clip to keep them closed all the way. I would recommend this stay and will would come back to it in the future.

I spent an amazing week with my mom and two sisters at this property. The view and deck were amazing and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very nice as well. It is located very close to town and it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Additionally, there is a great park with a walking path right across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The common areas such as hallways and the elevators are old and where not clean for the 3-4 days we were there no one clean out the elevators and they were dirty. The hallway areas also need attention. The unit was clean and appeared as pictured.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Road construction on the bridge during our stay, however, the Contractor kept one lane open at all times and the sidewalks were usable so we could walk into town easily. Property needed some carpet cleaning and general painting. The gym at the facility had three machines only 1 was in working order. Need to fix that! We arrived on a Sunday and left Tuesday, we basically had the entire condo complex to ourselves. The weather cooperated and overall it was a nice stay. Wish they would discount the stay after summer and vactioners/visitors have left the area. We are from Wenatchee and even though we are close we can rarely get a place to stay because of all the visitors.
