About this house rental
Nestled in Chelan (In Town), this attractive house for $350 per night is a great option for your next trip. Peterson's Waterfront Resort - Large 3 story townhouse with 2 car garage & boat/RV garage on the first level. This beautiful prime resort has 400' of waterfront with boat dock, buoys, swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, & hot tub. All amenities at no cost (subject to availability and charge if decided by the resort management). NOTE: There are 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 adults. In addition there is an Airbed, Futon and large Sofa to accommodate rest (Additional fee will apply). Two Master Suites ensure comfort and luxury. One of the master bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub. A balcony off each Master Suite compliments the spacious deck by the living area. The guest room & bath are on the second level and the second Master Suite is on the third level along with a large loft with reading and TV viewing area. TV's available in every rooms along with large closets. Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gas grill on the deck completes the gourmet kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sitting area and dining area. All the luxury of a detached home with and just a few minutes walk to downtown Chelan's famous restaurants, bars & shopping. We have a Ring doorbell camera, a driveway camera and a camera pointing at our boat in the oversized garage that is off limits to guests. DEPOSIT: We collect $500 refundable deposit prior to check in. This is fully refundable as long as all the rules and policies are followed. PET FEE: We collect a $150 non refundable fee from guests prior to check in. Pets require owner approval. Pets Limit one (1) dog per unit and no more than 30 pounds. Dogs are not allowed at any time, for any reason, on the lakeside of the property, tennis courts, volleyball courts and Club House. They must be on a leash when entering or leaving the parking lot and must go directly to their unit or vehicle. Dogs must use designated “relief area” located between tennis court and road. Poop bags are provided. You must pick up after your dog. No excessive barking or annoyance. Dogs cannot be left unattended in a vehicle. Please note you have to check in with the Frontdesk located on the downstream side of the lake (30 second walk from the unit). You'll have access the whole condo of course. As well as all the amenities PWF Resort has to offer. Pool, Hot Tub, Sand Volleyball Court, Tennis Court & Basketball Court. There are also docks & buoys available, first come first serve. The PWF staff is available to help with all of your needs. Wristband Procedure: Upon check-in, wristbands will be given out based on the number of individuals occupying the unit. At no time shall the number of wristbands exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit. If a wristband is lost the replacement fee is 25.00. If a wristband is damaged and a guest brings it in, the wristband can be exchanged.

The host was fantastic, always available to talk, very caring and concerned that everything would be ok.
Lovely place, we were there with family and it worked out great. Privacy, yet good gathering places in the living room, kitchen, dining room and the large deck. Actually decks. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

Lovely resort facility. This unit specifically had some cleanliness issues such as dog feces on deck, cobwebs in windows, spilled old items in vent covers, pots and pans not all cleaned well. The were issues with wifi repeatedly. Couch on main floor is quite ripped, futon is broken and doesn't pull out and there were no sheets for the aero bed. One stool at kitchen bar was not safe and one section of deck railing was very wiggly.

Naveen’s property was perfect for our multi age gathering. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The children could play in the large family room style loft upstairs while adults were downstairs, yet they could still be supervised as it was open to below. The pool, boat dock, and proximity to town were great. The kitchen had all necessities, everything was clean, and the full views of the mountains were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again!

The check-in process was painful as the owner didn't contact us to tell us the specific address /code to get in. The property manager wasn't even aware the property had been rented and we were lucky to be able to get in.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was laid out really great for large groups, the garage space was perfect for our 23' boat. The location being right on the lake was nice and having access to the pool and other amenities was really convenient. The only thing I would recommend is new furniture in the living room, the couches were very worn. Also the railing on the deck needs to be braced better, doesn't seem very safe. Other than that it really was the perfect vacation spot!

Upon arriving at the appropriate check in time, we discovered the condo had not been cleaned. Every bed unmade, wet towels piled up, dishes in the sink, food on the counters, fridge dirty with spilled food. Bathroom garbage full. It was shocking and gross. Called the office, no answer. Called the owner no answer. Walked to the office where the ladies behind the desk were *so* rude asking us "how we even got in there" (the host provided us the code, of course - how else?!) and telling us to immediately vacate the property. Like, what? It's 4th of July weekend in Lake Chelan, where the heck are we supposed to go?! We had to move all of our belongings outside and wait for the cleaning staff to finish. By the time we were able to get in and ready for the night we had missed our dinner reservations (4th of July weekend - not easy to find something on the fly).
The owner has been unwilling to compensate the night and admitted to watching "surveillance footage" of us (5 women), citing our comings and goings and telling me that "since we used the amenities..." not sure how he knows what exactly we were up to..... ?! It has been almost a surreal experience, being treated so poorly as if *WE* had done something wrong. Check in at 4pm, checkout by 10... we're paying a LOT of money for very FEW hours in this rental. At this price point I expect exceptional service. This has been exactly the opposite. Avoid this rental and this platform - it's not worth the risk.

The condo was dirty, there was dirty laundry, beds were not made, there was a latter in the living room. Also, this condo is not on front of the lake. The condo was not ready for us, and it spoiled our trip we ended up staying in a hotel. The host did end up refunding our money right away. But we did end up losing the money we spent on food we took to prepare during our stay and since my dog couldn't stay at this property I had to pay pet boarding. The host stated the property management team at the premises did not do their job to have the property ready for my family.

Lovely and clean
Beautiful townhouse with everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Loved having two master bedrooms on different levels. Spotless.

The only issue we had was the refrigerator was broke and so the back up was in the garage which is 3 flights of stairs down. Very inconvenient and a big hassle if you are trying to cook and the fact that there was no compensation for that was not expected. First time using VRBO so I don't know if that is a typical practice. But all and all it was a very nice place to stay and a lot of room for all of your family to stay.

Perfect for families with kids /teens
Resort was perfect mix of activities for our group! Boat slip was perfect for our boat, kiddos used the pool everyday! Paddle boards and lots of easy day use fun! The parking was ample and even had room for our boat trailer and truck! Would recommend for families!

Very nice location, walking distance to downtown Chelan. The property was exactly like what the picture showed, really clean and comfortable, right on the lake. We took a stroll every evening with our kids. We brought our doodle pup and the owner had to pre-approve it, which was totally understandable. The process was easy and he was willing to work with us (even though we somehow missed to disclose it initially, so be aware of this step if you’re thinking about bringing your pooch). It was great! Property manager was super easy to work with, very responsive to our questions. We would totally stay here again. We had an amazing time!

Fun getaway to celebrate the 4th of July and a birthday.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location, the Peterson’s Resort areas s the proximity to the downtown area of Chelan. Great place to stay!

We were very happy with our stay, surroundings, condo and those who worked there starting with our check - in.
There was a stain on the trundle bed upper sheet and also the mattress pad. I cant help but wonder if the sheets were changed. We have always stripped our beds before leaving other vacation places. The paper towel limit and toilet paper limit was not something we have seen before. what if someone has GI problems or other medical reasons. Also the toilet paper is per bathroom- not per person.
The owner did not respond to my questions in a timely manner even when I asked where we checked in. the day before. I looked up the address for Petersons and it had the wrong address so it took a half hour to find the office. We were never told the code to the condo. He didn't even know the policy for visitors of family using the amenities of the property. FYI, they just have to get a day pass.
Overall, minor things. Everyone else working at the facility were great!

A short walk to town, a pleasant resort pool and hot tub with lake access. The teens enjoyed the free paddleboarding, we grilled out on the deck, and loved the spacious accommodations. Will surely book again!
