This property is situated in an area close to homes or amenities being built; exposure to construction noise and, increased traffic is likely. Upper Level Bedroom 1 – Sleeps 2 in king bed, en-suite bathroom Living Room – Sleeps 1 on ottoman sleep sofa Lower Level Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 2 in king bed, en-suite bathroom Bedroom 3 – Sleeps 7 in twin/twin, twin/double bunk beds and, 2 in full sleeper sofa Lakeside Chelanigans This new 2-story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is within walking distance of Lake Chelan, a 70-slip marina (boat & jet ski rentals available seasonally), and beach cove with protected swimming area and swim dock. There is waterfront service available to and from the lake if all your shenanigans have made you too tired to get to and from. Lookout Park, which features a community pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, grill, a children's playground, large open play field, and a pickle ball court, is less than a one minute walk from our back deck. This is a reverse living home, where the main living space, including one of two master bedrooms, is upstairs, while the extra bedrooms are on the ground level. This allows for great views and nice breezes on the level that most of your time is spent. The upper-level open floor plan features a great room with a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful quartz counter tops, large island with extra seating for four, a large 8-12 seat dining table, a 2-piece powder room and large living room. The living room boasts an oversize sectional, an ottoman with memory foam pull out twin bed, and a 50" Smart TV, wireless sound bar and Blu-Ray/DVD player. The great room has two decks to choose from. A small deck off the dining room, perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine to wind down in the evening. The larger deck off the living room is partially covered for when you need a break from the 300 days of sunshine. The large deck features a dining table that seats 8, large sectional sofa seating for relaxing, a Weber grill and a Fire table. The upper floor master bedroom includes a king bed, a 32" Roku Smart LED TV, and extra storage for personal items. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, large soaker tub, large walk-in closet, and a double vanity. The bottom floor has a second master bedroom, complete with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a 32"Roku Smart TV. The bunk room has 2 sturdy bunks, twin over twin and twin over full. The bunk room includes a love seat for comfortable seating while playing the Xbox ONE or watching movies on a 43" Smart HDTV, and a memory foam full-size pull out for larger groups. The two car garage can be used for parking, or for playing ping pong with your family and friends. Pull up one of the additional chairs, fill the cooler with ice and your favorite beverages, and enjoy a little friendly competition! For our younger guests, we have a number of amenities to make your stay more comfortable and your travel less cramped. Additional sleeping comforts include an infant/toddler Pack-N-Play and a lightweight fold out toddler cot. To make mobility a little easier around the neighborhood and around town we have a BOB single jogger stroller, a wagon, and a tricycle for your use. For safety and convenience, we have child step stools, a toddler booster seat with adjustable tray. We also have various toys and books to stay entertained during non-beach times. Additional amenities include; beach towels, various beach toys, cruiser bikes, two sets of snowshoes and poles, and complimentary 25 Mbps high speed wireless. The trip was great. Loved the pool area. Would have loved a little store in that area. The Lookout was impressive. Was great to have transportation to the lake. Our house needed a few things. Cutting boards were gross. Area rugs in kitchen were easy to trip on. Could use a little decorating update. Beds comfortable. All in all, would rent again.

This is a wonderful family friendly house. It was the perfect stay for our family of four and grandparents. The layout was ideal and there was plenty of room to spread out inside and out. The games in the garage were a big hit with everyone in our party.

The property was as depicted and in fact the view was better than the pictures (possibly because the trees weren't in full bloom yet.) Great amenities, everything we needed to fix a few meals. The TV tested us Gen Xers trying to get the Masters on, but we figured it out! Definite recommend!

Our group of two families (four adults and five kids) had a fantastic spring getaway at this property. The house was in great condition, very clean, and had lots of thoughtful touches throughout for convenience. The hot tub was checked by a maintenance person every day and was very clean. The home layout works well for two families to stay together, with two master suites and a bunk room. In the community, the house is right near a playground, open lawn, and pool (the seasonal one). We visited the heated community pool and hot tub, which were great amenities. We hope to visit another time soon!

We loved this home, especially the patio area! We visited in early October and had a lovely time exploring the Chelan area. Playground and pool were in walking distance for us and we had a relaxing hot tub soak too! Kitchen is well stocked as was the kids bedroom with books and toys.

This property had it all! The games and toys in the garage were a hit with the whole family. There was plenty of seating in every area of the house. I loved all the hooks around the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location with a beautiful view and quick walk up to one of the pools and grass/park area. Only downside was the air conditioning was not working when we first arrived and it was almost 100 degrees outside. We had to call the management property twice to come over to fix it but after the second call, they responded quickly and were able to fix it.

Second most annoying thing is that this house doesn't have filtered water from the refrigerator.
And to make matters worse no Britta water filter to husband had to call me while I was at the store to buy 5 gallons of drinking water. I mean really guys?! For $800.+ Dollars a night! That is rediculous. The appliances looked like they were from the 80s...
The couch was small and uncomfortable...the outdoor couch on the deck was beautiful but also uncomfortable, the cushions slid around every time you sat down so you could never really get comfortable. The bikes in the garage were death back brakes on one ..no brakes and flat tires on another and completely shredded inner tube I'm the tires of the third. Our stay was in June so it's annoying that the owners didn't asses the property before peak season and address these issues.
This was our third stay at The Lookout Chelan, and the worst house...we will not rent this house again. It's not worth the money.

Very family friendly accommodations. Did not feel stressed about my kids being in and enjoying this home. Lots of kid friendly perks including plastic dishes (only complaint was they might need to be replaced soon pretty heavily scratched). Location of the hot tub near the deck was perfect as you could be in the hot tub and keep your eye on kids playing on deck. Many thoughtful toys and items included to make this relaxing for the grown ups and fun for the kids. Good layout too for multiple families or generations.

A great, location, property with amenities and house. Appreciate the kid friendliness of the house, the extra towels in the laundry room and a wonderful deck space. The staff was very helpful when we ran out of dish soap and dishwasher cleaning pods. Items to consider for improvement: internet quality and speed was very slow and hard to work remotely, quality of dishwasher does not properly wash dishes, sliding door to outside deck was very hard to operate, stocking the kitchen with a few more basics like a baking sheet.

It has a beautiful up lake view, including Stormy mountain that is majestic. We had a great stay at Lakeside Chelanigans. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, pickle ball courts, and walks around the community. There was construction on the house behind the property and across the street that started at about 7:30am, but hopefully they'll be finishing up soon!

This home is really nice and comfortable! Very clean! We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and partial lake views. The lower pool was really fun to swim in when it is 37 degrees outside (warm water) and we enjoyed the hot tub at the house to warm up after a run or snow shoeing nearby at Echo. The hot tub is on the side of the property right next to one of the construction projects so we didn't use it during the day because there were a lot of construction crews around and it felt like we were in the way (maybe a fence would help a bit in the interim). The construction wasn't too bad but definitely noticeable.

I have stayed up at the Lookout many times over the years.This house was perfect for our family and size.The outdoor patio was wonderful. All the hooks throughout the house were amazing – every house needs hooks for vacation rentals, it’s so helpful – it was MUCH appreciated.
Meanwhile, there were a few setbacks.
•Living Room TV didn’t work: The main TV in the living room has a broken adapter (cable from wall into the tv) – we were unable to watch football, which was a big deal for the men of our house during NFL playoffs.
•Blood on duvet: In the bottom floor guestroom, KING size duvet – it had blood on the duvet. It appeared to have been there for some time.
•Construction – so much construction – noisy, frustrating and dangerous to be rolling around in the beaming sun with big diggers and loaders flying by. A few big trucks almost hit my little guy a few times – not ideal.
We had a nice time off of property, but paying almost $400/ night – made it frustrating to meander around all the construction and hear it constantly. I have never experienced that much in one weekend. It is clear that there are more houses then there are amenities. They are growing big and fast - where is everyone to go? Like I said, it was enjoyable but a little ridiculous with the construction.
