You’ll enjoy gorgeous up-lake views overlooking the expansive and beautifully landscaped yard with multiple seating areas, a private hot tub and pergola, a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit. Fully fenced, this backyard is great for relaxing with friends while letting little ones explore, and with custom lighting, is as beautiful in the evenings as it is all day. The third floor consists of two primary bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed facing up the lake for the best views, a smart TV, and an attached deck to enjoy your morning coffee, along with an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a separate bathtub.
