Located in Adelaide, this charming house for $372 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. With 16 separate beds, who needs an expensive resort when you can stay in this Magnificent 50/60s Mid-Century Modern home . They built them big back then. Yes authorized gatherings are permitted however fees do apply depending on the amount of extra guests coming on the day and yes T's and C's apply. Send me an message if this is something you require. All the rooms are over sized, typical of the style of the day. It's geared up for entertainment. The property has recently been upgraded to accommodate large groups, with new flooring and two updated bathrooms. It offers a new, large, stunning built-on family/ entertaining room, that overlooks the pool in summer and the outdoor fire pit in winter . Pool toys and Australian safety jackets are supplied for the kids. Modem supplied with unlimited data usage for free! 6 enormous bedrooms plus a games room, 16 separate beds with reverse cycle air con in every room, absolute luxury in Adelaide's extreme climate! Decor is not beige making it somewhat quirky and a little different. There are magnificent blue velvet couches and comfortable outdoor setting add to the bright spacious areas to entertain in. The pool mascot Sally The Sea Lion loves kids and it's a great photo opportunity. Table tennis is also set up in the pool area along with other games. Configurations of beds in bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom 1: 2 doubles, 2 singles (massive room) Bedroom 2: 1 queen (main bedroom) plus an extra single bed on request Bedroom 3: one double with a single over it (bunk) Bedroom 4: 1 queen, 2 singles (also TV with video play on the wall) Bedroom 5: 1 queen, 1 singl e bed Bedroom 6: 1 fold out couch (thick foam on the floor), plus a single bed and a queen bed. 3rd outdoor undercover bathroom that runs directly off the entertainment area. Linen is supplied in accordance with the number of people who book, however I will need to know if there are couples in your group so housekeeping can prepare for your arrival. Security doors on every outside door and roller shutters on every window. Pet friendy optional on enquiry for outside doggies only. Additional charges apply Kitchen with dishwasher and a filtered water tap. A new wall oven/grill has been installed recently. Its sits between the city, the airport and Glenelg/West beach. Transportation is available at your door step or walk to Anzac Hwy and take the tram to the city or Glenelg. The location is very close to everything due to its close proximity to Anzac Hwy. Its a about 5 to 7 min away from the royal showgrounds and the Glenelg golf course is just up the road. Its also very close to Morphettville race track. If the Children would like a day at "bounce" trampoline its on Richmond Rd 5 min away. Room for up to 5 cars to park off street in the yard behind high fences. The house has been fitted with everything you will require for your stay. The property has a large eat in kitchen overlooking a massive family room that overlooks the pool/entertaining area. You can be in the kitchen and still have an eye on the Children. Please note the property is suitable to hire for weddings, 21st, hens and bucks, birthdays etc... however as stated above a fee does applie. Please note I will accept one night booking to fill a gap only or if the maximum number of 16 require the property for a night.

We had an awesome stay here! We ended up with 18 people for my 40th birthday celebrations which was 2 more than we booked for but Shell sorted out extra blow up beds for the late additions and even dropped a bottle of Vodka off as a birthday present! We stayed in one night and kicked on late. I was worried about bothering the neighbours but with the doors closed, the noise stayed indoors (I went outside and checked). The house is very close to the airport (10 mins), close to Glenelg Beach (10 mins) and close to the city (15-20 mins). We stayed in the middle of winter and had a great stay. I could imagine this place being even better in Summer. I would happily recommend this place to other large groups.

We stayed at the property for our sons' 18th birthday. He was able to have all his friends, and those that chose could stay the night in the many beds. The entertaining arears are large and fun - plenty of room to spread out. Shelley was very accommodating and everyone had a great time.

We booked the house as a group as it was close to the Morphettville race track. What an amazing experience staying at this gorgeous house! We had couples and singles staying and the house catered for all. Shell was amazing to deal with, great communication. The whole experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this property!

The house was in great condition and just as advertised. Loved all the amenities in the outdoor area (pool, ping pong, lots of chairs). One bedroom is slightly separated from the main house but that wasn't an issue. Some of us even utilized the outdoor shower and toilet! Would definitely recommend for a large family like ours.

We stayed here for a golf trip with a group from far and wide. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and a great pool, outdoor area for us to unwind after a day of strenuous exercise. Shelley was a great host and communicated well leading up to, and during the stay. Close to the airport and short commute to the golf courses, the beach and the city.

Very handy to Airport Easy to locate and access to house was made easy with no key entry No ensuites House has 2 bathrooms with toilets located within the bathrooms. Another bathroom and separate toilet would be great especially with a group booking of 14 plus people Bathroom needs shelves or a vanity as there's nowhere to place toiletries No Foxtel Apart from a few minor issues the house is comfortable with plenty of room.

Our stay in Adelaide was comfortable. The house was quirky but had plenty of space. There was a huge list of house rules but Shelley was very accommodating for our extra needs. Most beds were quite comfortable to sleep in and the area is nice and quiet.

What a great place to stay, Shelley the host was such a lovely lady to chat with. For large groups this is the place, everything you need is there and plenty of room for parking. Also having two bathrooms was fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

Did not enjoy out stay, dont recomend staying at all. The pool was great but thats it. The amount of cleaning that needed to be done to get the bond back is rediculas had to vacume and mop clean literally everything sparkling . Felt like a work house not a holiday house. An after a family member was sick and we had to leave early. No sympathy given or offer of partial refund

Fabulous house with comfortable beds and air conditioning in every room. Large lounge/family area overlooking the pool. Great undercover outdoor dining area. The pool was great- kids and adults alike loved it. Great place to stay in a central location. The owner is really helpful and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was great for the group of us that all wanted our own bed. It had everything you need for a holiday stay, and is conveniently located near to both the Airport and Glenelg. Shell was incredibly accommodating to us and was extremely customer focused to ensure we were happy and enjoyed our stay at the Pool House.
