Where to even begin? This stay was incredible and by far one of the best hotel stays I’ve been to. We were the only customers there (due to off season and lots of tourists rescheduling) so we felt extra attended to and staff were exceptionally accommodating, so much so they let us check out later. Food was out of this world and the chef came to give us a personal hello. You could see monkeys in the trees from the pool and little chipmunks said hello to us on the balcony. Little Max is a sweetheart and made sure to keep us company. Would recommend this resort to everyone wanting a little getaway from the hustle bustle of Galle.

The hotel is off the beaten track so it’s very peaceful, which is what I like, but it was still very easy to get to and from town and the beach by tuk tuk. It was very quiet due to the Middle East situation, but that didn’t stop the staff from showing up fully and always with big smiles and generous hospitality. The service was excellent and the food was incredible. The facilities were wonderful, you have everything you need to be comfortable in the room and the public areas of the property. The view was fantastic from every window of the hotel. A full nature immersion. I already can’t wait to visit again soon.
I don’t have a bad word to say about it.

This is a very special hotel. It was our first stop in Sri Lanka and the staff were so welcoming. Our bedroom with the plunge pool was amazing we sat outside in the pool as the sun set watching the monekys jump from tree to tree. The rooms were so comfortable and the food was amazing. Manesh the chef prepared wonderful food and the Sri Lankan breakfasts are amazing. We loved everything about this hotel take really loved the views and being away from the busy areas. The main pool area had amazing views and is absolutely stunning. It’s set in a beautiful location and I would definitely opt for the private plunge pools they are so special.
