About this cottage rental
Country style cottage situated in a tranquil part of South Katoomba. Be at home in the rustic western red cedar interiors and exposed beams for that romantic mountain lodge feeling.
This three bedroom cottage is split over two levels and is equally suited to families, couples and small groups. The main level has two bedrooms, open plan living, dining and kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Ducted gas heating throughout. Upstairs you will find a spacious third bedroom/playroom with toys and a second television to keep the kids busy.
Celebrate the great outdoors and explore the English-style cottage garden, beautiful in every season. Birdwatchers can delight in the abundance of King Parrots, Crimson Rosellas, Cockatoos and other bird life in the area. Relax in the backyard in the warmer months and cook up an Aussie storm on the BBQ.
Take a stroll through the bush behind the property, down to pond to feed the ducks or take bikes down the old Catalina Raceway for the kids to race around the track.
Just a short walk down the hill, the Katoomba Aquatic Centre has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym and a large children's play centre.
The cottage is a short drive to iconic destinations; the Three Sisters at Echo Point, Katoomba Falls and Scenic World; and a few minutes drive to Katoomba supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Lovely quiet spot, close to town. Great heating for the cold months. Very cosy! Beds we not very supportive so we did all get sore backs but overall the place made for such a beautiful stay. Thank you!

The property was lovely and as described. We were a group of 4 women and loved the quaint, cozy feel of the house with lots of comfort.Claire was very responsive and accommodating.The TV lounge seating was limited -comfortable for 3, a bit squeezy for 4, but luckily we’re all besties and it didn't matter. There are also other dining chairs nearby that could be used if needed. We would definitely stay again.
