Quick family visit

The outdoor seating area. The clubhouse. Suites were nicely laid out.

You could smell the pool chemicals as soon as you walked into the lobby.

Not great not terrible

Staff was very nice and room was clean.

The breakfast lacks! There is no healthy option if you are looking for one. Not even a plain yogurt, only flavor and added sugar ones. One type of eggs, bacon and some pancakes (that you make yourself) and pretty much that's it. The room is very big (which is good) but it lacks color, it's a dark space. The AC from the room was leaking it had pots under it to catch the water.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

I was put in a room just outside the elevator on the fourth floor and asked for another room and was told the hotel was sold out. The elevator sound is extremely loud and so is the ice maker. I didn't get any sleep the two nights I was there because of the elevator sound and my extremely loud, party all night neighbors in next room. Unfortunately I couldn't be moved because of the hotel being sold out. I really don't believe the hotel was fully booked. The parking lot wasn't even half full. I feel the $300+ for my 2 night stay was overpriced even before the issues.

It is near the airport and the service to the airport was very good. We came late and left early.

Whoever decided the showers didn't need to have a door and just use a piece of glass with a hole on one end needs to have some sense nocked in to them.

Good stay!

Breakfast staff were fantastic! Really friendly and helpful! The coffee machine was nice and breakfast had plenty of protein options. Housekeeping staff were really friendly and helpful too! Great location if you want to be close to restaurants and such.

The room bathroom could use some TLC. Room carpet could have used some work too. Front desk staff were no where to be found every time we needed something (thankfully breakfast staff and housekeeping staff took care of us instead!)

We have stayed here several times before and were always happy, but it was not $200 per night value.

Breakfast - eggs and sausage were barely warm.

Handicap accessible room was all they had available. I booked a King. Shower curtain would not stay closed and had almost no water pressure.

A nice up-to-date hotel close to everything in town.

Spacious rooms and a nice breakfast area. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed.

I didn't find the bed to be comfortable. It was a king bed, but the mattress felt hard.

pleasant stay for a family

staff was helpful. Actually called me before our trip to make sure we wanted the rooms we asked for. changed them for us and gave us a better rate. good location with lots of food choices.

Manager lets his family take over & act foolish

The rooms were nice & clean. Also spacious.

The manager "Jeff" or "jeremy" apparently had family and or friends staying there & they were the loudest rudest guests I've ever shared a hotel with. Children running & screaming up & down the hallways all night. Drunk adults also running and yelling in the hallways. Couldn't even use the pool because of the children screaming at the top of their lungs the entire time. It was almost like it was their hotel & we were in the way of their fun. Never again will my family and I stay there.

Our bathroom was dirty (beard hairs from previous guest on the sink), beds were okay, walls are thin.
