The location is excellent if you are staying downtown Buffalo. Easily walkable. The staff was very friendly.
There is no hot tub and the pool is cold but very nice and clean. Clean towels were regularly laid out on chairs and the area was nicely maintained….we just prefer a hot tub! The common area was a nice place to meet.

We stayed for one night. The parking and the price of the room were the things that I liked.
The room had a sofa bed which was not made even though the booking was for 6 people. I did request a change of room at check in and perhaps that could be the reason. The bedding for the sofa bed was not present in the room. There were not enough towels.
The breakfast was sub par. Very few warm items. Warm milk only on request.
They have a small market area where you can get food, but they don't keep any milk there. As a family with kids who like to drink milk later in the evening, it was a needed, but not available.
No lockers in the room and the lockers at the front desk are too small to keep any electronic items like a tablet.
