Came to Buffalo for the Senators/Sabres game and the weekend DID NOT disappoint! Hotel and all!

Everything was great! Room, staff, location, etc.

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included. For the price of the hotel, paying an extra $15USD (as a Canadian, who gets charged the exchange rate every time I tap my card) seemed a little steep. I also did not like how the Starbucks/Bar in the lobby didn’t open until 5pm. The bar, I can understand, but why Starbucks? It would have been nice to get a coffee in the morning!

Fantastic stay only better thing if I could have stayed longer

Everything.. was great everything location stuff close by.. when for a sabers games and less then 5 min walk the room great space great shower very happy with stay and Tim hortons across the street Thanks to all staff

Very good experience!

Location is perfect, just next to the Harbour Centre and the Key Bank Arena. The building is basically new and very clean and safe.

The hot tub was closed.

Look forward to booking again and going to a Sabres game

Clean rooms/bathroom clean as well. Felt safe. Excellent location.

Emergency light for fire system blinking all night as well as temperature was hard to control with thermostat. Did seem to stay consistent.

Enjoyed location, but has some facility problems.

Location was the most important. Previous stay was great. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

The AC did not work correctly in our room #401. I asked them to fix it, if they did still did not work correctly. Temp outside was in 30's. Could not get room temp below at 73 at night. No problem with hot water in morning, but at night, NO HOT WATER. Bed mattress was very firm.

Good for quick city trip

Good location to go to downtown or KeyBank Center.

No breakfast, only an expensive bistro in the lobby. Room was not prepared well, they knew we‘re going to be 5 people, still only had 3 towels, no duvet covers, etc. No possibility to open window. No ventilation within bath room.

Great location . The young man working the front desk at check in was a absolute sweetheart.

There was Beam that went through the middle of my room. Felt very cramped with it in the room. For the price I paid it was kind of disappointing.

Disappointing and OVERPRICED!!!!!!

Hot Water in Shower. Maid Service. Mattress. Location. Ice machine.

Breakfast offering terrible, especially for Gluten Free needs. No complimentary coffee or water. Coffee available in Hotel not good and expensive. Staff not friendly. Other guests woke us up during the night on 2 separate occasions. OVERPRICED!!!!TV offerings were misleading. HBO, MAX and Showtime shown as FREE however were never available. TV lineup was minimal at best. Smelled like gas outside front entrance. Elevator activation key sporadic. Shower door leaked. No fan in bathroom. Furniture awkwardly placed in room. Sink facet leaked and difficult to use.
