Huge room and great location

The room was huge which for a 4 night trip was really nice. The fridge had a small freezer section that worked wonderfully and the bar had a sperate little sink. The blinds were great and kept the room nice and dark. The bathroom is massive with a tub you could swim in. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby but the hotel breakfast looked amazing if you just wanted to stay in. The pool is short but a simple rectangle that never had kids in it so we were able to swim "laps". The gym was large and had sufficient weights and machines to get in a solid workout. You can easily do your cardio outside the hotel as out back is a lovely neighborhood where I felt totally safe running solo.

The bar and restaurant is completely sperate from the hotel so you don't have the ease of ordering and billing to your room. Not a big deal at all but I've never run into that before.

Nice hotel and restaurant. Would visit again.

Room had a great view of the city. Onsite restaurant was very good.

Replaced towels daily, which we really didn't need, but one day, we didn't get a replacement and had to go ask for one.

It was a perfect night away from home!

Great room! Comfortable stay! Happy Hour, made to order omelettes were delicious!

Valet was $25 per car- do not remember paying that the last time we stayed with you. Not a lot of seating at breakfast. The tables weren’t being cleared fast enough- felt bad.

Exceptional

The staff provided exceptional customer service. I found the valet to be very quick and efficient. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet with a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious with lots.of variety.

Great staff. Large quiet rooms.

Would not recommend room service from the Cafe in lobby. Wayyyy overpriced. A 12" pizza was over 30 dollars. Just use doordash or walk to the many restaurants nearby.

Relaxing!

Good Hot Breakfast, Complimentary drinks for happy hour. Spacious room. Excellent Restaurant on site. All Valet parking. Staff was very friendly.

Cleanliness of walkway carpets and more receptacles for trash in gathering area as you enter your floor. Guests were leaving garbage outside doors and in common area.

very close to Key Bank Arena

dirty. food on the floor, under the couch, and under chairs. I think they were mostly peanuts. there was a stink bug in the bathroom.

Superb

I was there at the Storm, the city was locked out, no restaurant to get any food. The Hotel provided the free snacks, food, and drinks ! unbelievable service and support in that difficult time. Very happy with the chef, staff, and management.

Smart TV in the rooms can make it even better.
