Pleasant, clean, and comfortable stay in a great location!

Spacious, clean room and large bathroom; fitness centre is well appointed and clean; Keurig coffee maker in room; nice city view of Lafayette Square; the restaurant is excellent! Food was amazing and the service is exemplary, such friendly and kind staff there!

The pool is very oddly shaped and it's not appealing to be in close quarters with other bathers; the room decor is a little "dated", the tv is on the older side

Good time in Buffalo

The location was great, and the staff was attentive to the needs of the guest. Me and my family was looking for things to do and places to go

There is no room service to change the beds and replace the towels even when we remove the door sign on Thursday.

Good location. Spacious, clean rooms. Parking extra across the street.

Nice rooms. Eclipse welcome package. Nice view of square. Nice gym. Nice staff.

For being over-charged for eclipse rate breakfast should have been included. It was difficult to temperature control the room - if you are inactive or sleeping - the heat shuts off and COLD air blows!

Good and clean hotel for a short stay

The property was clean and the location was convienent for the purpose of our trip- less than 10 minutes drive away from Riverworks.

Was inconvenient to park off property due to the snow but the gentleman by the side door entrance was helpful in showing us how to get there. Front desk concierge were not very friendly or helpful thoughout check in and other interactions.

Great location, great price!

This place is great. Stayed one night to attend a Buffalo Sabres game. There is a free train outside that takes you right to the arena. Parking cheap right next to hotel. The restaurant was great, our server was so nice. The pool was nice for our kiddo. Very spacious room and comfy beds!

Nice hotel and staff for a short stay.

The distance to the Buffalo convention center

Toilet leaked the entire stay leaving the unventilated room smelling like urine.

All the staff were lovely

There were many panels of peeling wallpaper, which is very unattractive at 200+ a night. The join hilton honors breakfast and credit situation was odd.

Amazing view, price and staff!!

I absolutely loved the staff. They were so amazing and accommodated to everything we needed. Very clean and sanitary. Love the view, especially for breakfast. Very safe and comfortable!! Definitely coming back!!

I had to go home. I loved everything about this place!

a lot of people asking for money outside, they were all nice and I felt so bad for them, but it isn’t the hotel’s fault or the homeless people’s fault, either, it just made me sad. I am friendly and empathetic and from a large city so I wasn’t afraid or anything, but some people might not understand.

Strongly recommended

The hotel was perfect, located in the city center. The staff is kind, the bedroom very comfortable, the room wide, as well as the bathroom. It was also very clean and silent. We ate in the hotel restaurants and the chef prepared a very delicious dish. Unfortunately we stayed there for just 1 night but I strongly recommend.

AMAZING location! Great for either just casual walking around the city, and going to Keybank Center!

The convenience! Everything is practically walking distance, and close (walking distance) to; food, shops, attractions etc... I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buffalo for an NHL game; the city of Buffalo offers free 'metro' or 'above ground subway' service (on special event dates) that is literally across the street from the Hilton. Fast and drops you off right in front of the Keybank Center! Amazing! Overall, a great sprot also for just causal walking the streets!

Will def come to Buffalo again and stay downtown, but will not be at this hotel.

close to venue

no complimentary breakfast, view from room was horrible - basically looking at the VERY close building next door, and dirty alley below, through BROKEN windows. No sheets, blankets, pillows for the pull out sofa bed. The “suite” amenities were a dorm size fridge and a microwave, no different than any other hotel room I’ve been in.
