Great staff, great facilities, including the hot springs pool. Melissa the bar tender was congenial and informative.

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was great, the bar was super friendly. Breakfast was ok.
The bar at tight top, Vue (?), seems strangely sterile. It could use a thoughtful bit of design.

It’s a pretty old building and has decent lighting. Staff was friendly
There was no room cleaning, and it wasn’t five star as advertised
