Santa Rosa Dunes 1062 is a beautifully updated one bedroom, one and a half bath which sits directly on Pensacola Sound with sweeping views and a spacious tiled balcony! The living and dining spaces have lovely tile flooring, beadboard paneling and floor to ceiling views of the bay. The living area has a generous flatscreen tv and opens to the balcony. The open and fully equipped kitchen features subway tiles, granite counter tops, lovely cabinetry, stainless appliances and an eat in bar with clever pendant lighting. The dining table sits in a nook overlooking the bay. There’s a half bath in the hallway and a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The master has a king sized bed, flatscreen tv and ensuite bath. Great vacation spot - host put a strange apartment number that never showed up, but we finally found our unit when we ignored the apartment number & used the part of the address that finally matched an existing unit, but never got proper direction after my 2 attempts (a week before we went out) to clarify how to identify the right unit until we'd been there for 2 days.Bed was pretty worn down to the point that we felt we were rolling to the middle of the bed & got up a little stiff each morning from the tilt, but everything else was perfect - great access, clean & efficient unit - and I got to take my husband to the beach & see him splash in the surf. Totally worth it!E

What a lovely place to stay. The views from both the balcony and bedroom were great. Just a quick walk across to the beach. Peg leg Pete’s is practically next door with live music and great food. Get the grouper bites! The kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t use it much. Comfy bed and furniture. Would love to come back!

The only problem i had was the heat. We even had someone come and look at the thermostat. It never got below 75 for the entire time. The fan they had in the closet didn’t even work well.
