Situated in Budva Municipality, this lovely condo for $75 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. A modern apartment in Becici with fantastic sea views, large balcony and two pools. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, minutes from local amenities and the beautiful Becici beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen/breakfast bar and lounge. A spacious balcony overlooks the larger pool with stunning views of the sea and coast towards Sveti Stefan and the mountains. The apartment is fully furnished with air conditioning and benefits from all mod cons including WiFi, Cable TV & DVD player. The apartment is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafe's. Budva is about one and a half kilometre walk and takes about 30 minutes. There are taxi's and a good bus service at the bottom of the hill (300/400metres) from the apartment if you prefer. All towels, including beach, bedding, electricity and cleaning are included in the price.

Apartment has a good size for 3-4 people. There are enough towels for everybody, which has been great, specially if you go to the beach or the pool by the house. It’s close to the beach and supermarket. All over a good location and we had a great stay.

We stayed at this apartment in July/Aug 2023 for 11 nights. Contact with the owner Stuart was excellent throughout. Prompt with replies, very helpful and informative.
The apartment is spacious and has 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. The living area is decent and the shower is nice and powerful. Everything you need in the kitchen with a good sized fridge freezer. The balcony looks out onto the coastline and Sveti Stefan. You can also see many of the apartments and hotels (some still under construction) from the balcony so just bear this in mind.
There are 2 pools which are fairly small but they never got busy with only a few families/kids ever using it at one time. Personally we preferred the smaller pool as it gets the sun all day and feels almost like a private pool, whereas the larger pool is in the shade from about 3-4pm ish.
There's a small shop 2 minutes walk from the apartments down the hill which has most essentials and is very handy.
We hired a car using LocalRent who Stuart recommend and cost €440 for the 11 days. They were the cheapest and we had no issues.
We saw some lovely places, Sveti Stefan, Kotor, Budva Old Town to name a few. Becici beach can get quite busy so we preferred going to Drobni Pijesak beach which is a 15 min drive and is way more beautiful. €5 parking all day.
Budva and Becici are in a transition stage so some areas look a bit run down. This is worth considering as its not as picturesque like kotor etc.

The appartment is about a 10 minute walk up a steep hill which may not be suitable for people will walking difficulties and small children. There is a shop about 200 yards down the road which is convenient and you can always stop off to buy fruit from the local family on the way back up to the appartment!
The appartment is in a great location for exploring old town of Budva- about a 40 minute walk and in the opposite direction there is a selection of beautiful beaches to explore with some lovely restaurants along the way. We particularly enjoyed, konoba more which is situated on parizno beach overlooking the beautiful Bay!
We recommend a car to get the most out of exploring montenegro.

we had a very pleasant stay in Karine's appartment. It's a nice and spacious apartment in a quiet part of Albufeira. Everything you need is available including a view on the ocean from the balcony. Communicatienetwerk with Karine is very pleasant. Therefore we would really recommend this apartment.

This apartment is exactly as described apart from mentioning how steep the hill is to get to it. This didn’t bother us but may affect others as it is @ 500 metres up a steep incline. The description does mention a hill, but if you are pushing a buggy or have small kids you may end up carrying them.

I would recommend flying into Tivat or Podgorica as the transfer from/to Dubrovnik can take up to 6 hours (6 going and 5 coming back for us), and watch out for the speed traps.

Nice condo for a small family
We loved everything, except it was further to Budva than expected. The pool was beautiful, but over run by kids splashing and typical kid behavior.

Lovely Apartment

We just came back from Montenegro. Apartment is lovely and has everything you need in your home away. Balcony with lovely view. 2 good size bedroom, kitchen and lounge with 2 sofas. Kitchen is well equipped. Internet - very useful to plan your next holiday move especially when Montenegro doesn’t belong to Europe Zone so you pay extra for using your phone! Lots of Montenegro related information. Books and films which we didn’t get a chance to use cos we had an amazing weather. 2 pools. My kids are 2 and 4 yo and they both loved big pool. The apartment is on the second floor, access only via stairs, which was not a problem for my 2yo. We were allowed to park in the complex which was more convenient. There are two shops down the hill (about 5-10 min walk) and the closest restaurant is only few steps away. The location is very good. About 10 min drive to Stari Grad in Budva, 30-40 min from the airport (airport is small and very busy so arrive to the airport 2h before, if you have a hired car from the airport allow extra 30-40 min as you have to compete the car checks and visit the office to release your deposit), 45-60min to Kotor, about 60 min to Virpazar. Becici beach is less than 30 min walk packed with bars! Overall apartment is lovely and definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment, situated in great complex and location
We have just returned from this apartment after a wonderful holiday.
Communication with Stu prior to the holiday was fantastic and always prompt. Thanks to the detailed instructions, we found the apartment complex in a straightforward manner. Stu and Elaine had left a bottle of wine and a lovely welcome card, which was a great touch. The apartment itself met all our requirements. There was ample living space and a kitchen that featured everything that would be required. There is a large TV and DVD player, which came in handy when the kids (4 and 7) needed some downtime. The rooms were fine, with a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom (not always the case!) and the kids loved the bunk bed. The shower looks bit tight on the picture, but I’m 6ft 2 and found it fine.
The best aspect of the apartment though is the balcony, which provides a stunning view of the coastline and mountains, including Sveti Stefan. The complex itself was great, with two different pools, a larger one, which is busier (although we always got a sun lounger) and a smaller one, which we used most often and on more than one occasion were the only people using it.
The location of the apartment complex is great, as it is well away from the main road, but a short walk to Bečići beach. There are two decent shops very close and a larger supermarket around 10 minutes’ walk away. There is also a small store next to the complex selling fresh fruit and vegetables. It is on a hill, so easier down than up, but as a result provides some great views!
Most of the restaurants and bars are on the beachfront and there is plenty of choice, as they stretch from Bečići to Rafailovići. However, we also really liked the restaurant nearest to the complex, which is the Spa Hotel.
As a base for further exploring, the apartment is well located. Budva is very close and offers different experiences. Sveti Stefan, Jaz beach (more sandier), Tivat and Kotor are not far away. One of the highlights of our trip was a boat trip on Lake Skadar, particularly after taking the mountain road.
Montenegro is well worth visiting and the apartment was a fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend. We would not hesitate to book again if we return to the area

The apartment is located relatively close to the beach, with several local supermarkets close by.
A note and bottle of wine welcomed us, which was a lovely touch, and the owner provided a wealth of information and suggestions on activities, restaurants and bars in several nearby towns as well as Becici itself.
Although the apartment itself is on a somewhat steep hill, this was great for working off the extra holiday calories! If you do not fancy the stroll up the hill, a parking space for was provided, so you could go to and from the beach in the car for those with small children. We would definitely stay there again.
I would recommend this apartment to couples and families.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days and we didn’t want to leave! The apartment is really well kept and airy, with all utilities you’d need for a holiday stay. The pools on site are also great, however we chose to go to the local beach most days (Becici beach) and visited Prusno beach which is also beautiful!
There are so many great value beach bars to grab a quick bite along the front and on an evening we went for food along rafailovici or walked into Budva (Highly recommend Porat, Dolce Vito, Porto and Pivnica for food). The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic wherever we went and our two favourite bars were Caspers in old town, and Yadrans in Budva.
I would definitely recommend to anyone of any age as it’s location caters to all holiday types and I can’t thank Elaine and Stu enough for their recommendations and help when it came to the local hot spots!
It’s a really beautiful apartment and we will definitely return- if not only to have a morning coffee on the balcony.

The apartment and facilities were exactly as shown and detailed in the photos and describritions.
We had a wonderful week. The apartment was extremely comfortable for my husband and I, and our 2 children, there was plenty of wardrobe space and room to store our suitcases. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated. The view is spectacular.
The management staff at the complex were on hand if we had any issues, and spoke very good English.
We used the pool everyday, which we all loved, there was always sun beds and parasols available.
We got everything we needed for lunches from the nearby shop and eat out in the evenings.
We found lovely restaurants in nearby Becici, but the hill does require a certain level of fitness!! We also got taxis to Budva, which was particularly lovely in the old town.
There were lots of places we didn't explore, as it was very hot and the kids were happy by the pool. We went to Budva Aquapark which was good fun.
The communication with Stuart prior to our visit was excellent, he arranged a taxi from the airport for us, it couldn't have been easier. My only suggestion, is information in the apartment, giving instructions on how the hot water in the bathroom and kitchen work. Also instruction and directions locally would have been useful, he had sent these as messages, which I had fortunately saved as the wifi was very intermittent!
It also said on the website that pool towels were included, however there were only indoor towels, we had taken our own and I'm sure if we had asked they would have given us some.
I would definitely recommend Becici Sunset to friends and family, my in laws booked soon after us and are going in September, I'm sure they'll love it too.

We spent amazing two weeks in Becici.
Apartment is excellent.
It is really fully equipped with all towels you need for inhouse and beach.
Appartment is very clean and and in good condition (exactly matching to pictures).
Stuart and local staff are always helping with support in any case, very friendly and English is no problem.
Very amazing is view to seaside and to mountains from balcony, to enjoy during breakfast sitting in the sun.
Pool and beach are of course one posibilty to spend time.
But to discover Kotor and Tara Canyon has been amazing as well. Even driving to there is wonderful by enjoying landscape of Montenegro.
Europes highest Zip line is very exciting crossing Tara Canyon.
Car hiring is no problem directly in Becici.

Fantastic experience
Just had a great week in Montenegro. It was early in the season so the beach activities were not up and running. We went to Montenegro to explore and do some walking. It was brilliant and we only just scratched the surface.
We did a good hike from Kotor to Krstac with some awesome views. Also spent 2 days at Kolasin where we hiked to the summit of Troglava at 2075m.
We had a couple of lovely meals out, one was at restaurant Porat (I think) in Rafailavici.
The apartment was lovely, well equipped and views from the balcony were special.
Will definitely visit again.

Nice apartment, lovely views
We have recently enjoyed a lovely holiday based at this apartment. It is well maintained and equipped and has lovely views from the balcony which overlooks the pool. Our 13 year old daughter spent lots of time in the pool and we usually managed to bag a sunbed or 2. I agree that the maps supplied aren't particularly good but Stuart's written directions are much more helpful which we used without a problem. Regarding the length/size of bunk beds in 2nd bedroom, we also have a tall 13 year old and she did not complain nor did she seem too big for them - but she has a single bed at home! The books and DVD's in the apartment were a nice touch too as were the beach towels supplied - left extra room in our luggage. Staff on site very helpful. I would highly recommend hiring a car to see the rest of Montenegro which is beautiful. We visited Kotor where we went on a boat trip and the Mausoleum where the views are breathtaking - best trip of the holiday. Watch out though as driving in Montenegro can be scary both the windy roads and local drivers!

Reasonable priced but decent property
We were impressed by the reasonable price of this property and the location within Becici, close to Budva, so those were two of the main reasons we booked it. The apartment is tricky to find if you rely on Google Maps as it will send you to the nearby Ivanova building which is totally unrelated and the map system accessible via the HomeAway app is rubbish frankly. The building is opposite the Becici Spa Hotel and the entrance is about 50m down the hill from that, with the reception accessed through a little door in the car park beneath the pool, which it should be clearer about in the booking details and on the app. Nonetheless after some issues finding the place we were pleased enough with the apartment itself. It is modest but perfectly well equipped, with good aircon, a decent kitchen, a nice balcony and a decent pool. The staff there were friendly and helpful as well. Downsides would be the very small shower and the length of the bunk beds in the second room which our 13 year old only just fit in, so bear that in mind. She's 5ft 5 though so perhaps she is just too tall these days. The apartment is a short downhill walk to the beach and a horrendous uphill slog back but that's the area frankly as it is really hilly. Budva is a short drive or taxi journey away but too far too walk really unless you don't mind a long hot walk. Overall we were very happy with the apartment and feel it is good value for money. We would recommend to others as long as you are not looking for a particularly polished place to stay.

Great holiday apartment
We stayed at this beautiful apartment for ten days, what an amazing place in every way. The apartment was exceptionally well cared for with a lot of thought gone into equipping it and making it comfortable and user friendly.
The position of the apartment was first class, not only over looking the pool but the dramatic scenery of both mountains and sea. It was heaven to sit out on the balcony first thing in the morning basking in the sun whilst having breakfast.
Both Stuart and Elaine were amazingly helpful in making sure the holiday was the best experience possible. The organisation and execution of transfers was effortless due to their involvement.
The staff at the complex were available 24-7, spoke English and no request was too much trouble.
We would certainly recommend Montenegro and this apartment in particular as we had a fabulous time and will certainly return.

My husband and I are just back from a weeks holiday at the Becici sunset and I have to say what a fantastic time we had.
The apartment was beautiful, very well equipped, very clean and had amazing views from the balcony. The living are is equipped with Air con and i have to say is a must after a long day out in the blazing sun!. There is a lovely pool area which was very clean and well looked after with plenty of sun loungers to go round.
The location is perfect within walking distance to Becici beach which is well worth a visit then there is Budva old town which is a must Budva is an amazing place with many cobbled streets within the walls of the old town which was home to some beautiful restaurants shops and bars the setting was amazing and well worth a visit.
There is so many more beautiful places to go and visit it was a truly amazing place to spend our holiday and hope to visit again very soon.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY
Apartment was lovely, exceptionally clean and had everything in it required, the view was spectacular and also overlooks the wonderful pool which our children spent lots of time in after coming home from the beach. The staff kept the pool spotless. Budva old town and surrounding areas are beautiful, the beaches on the island St. Nicholas is a must, also Sveti Stefan and Przno beaches are brilliant with crystal clear water. Stuart and Elaine were very helpful and friendly with lots of information of where to go and which restaurants to eat in and could not do enough for us. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back as we ran out of time to see everything!. Very good value for money.
