First, the service is beyond outstanding - shout out to Bozidar M. and Cristina Radiesinovio, they have one of the best locations I have ever been to multiple private beaches and restaurants, etc.
Their option list for fun things to do like touring boating etc are all the most expensive - so you are forced to find more competitive options which often is challenging as you do not know the area.

beach was nice but everything else was so so
it was dirtu and smelly .. old carpets with stains and smell in elevator ver very bad .. place is kinda old i not mantained properly
