more than satisfactory. excellent stay

The pool at the roof was superb. Especially watching the scene while swimming was quite a thing.

Transfer services to and from hotel could be arranged better.

I would recommend, but I won’t be returning

Hotel was beautiful, almost faultless. One of the lifts was out of order.

The property itself was very nice. The local night clubs were noisy and horrible and the nearest beach filthy.

nice rooms and clean. really good service from the pool bar.

My overall experience is that the staff don’t speak English. I had to use Google translate many times. I felt misunderstood, and it’s not what good service look like.

Great!

The hotel is beautiful. The location is nice. And the employees are very polite and helpful.

On the ruff top is a restaurant, the food is not soo good. But the employees are super nice!

It was so good, I’d go back again.

Excellent all round hotel and destination. Location is perfect and the pool deck is beautiful. Room was large and comfortable and the staff throughout were friendly and always helpful.

Nice clean and friendly staff, top pool was great and very friendly staff. Good room preparation. great and helpful front desk.

No changes to breakfast for 8 days, same will get boring. Charge us for something in the top bar without My sign, someone elses sign.. Need to reclaim, i have the receipt, only 20 euro but still wrong and needs my input and time…….. Kitchen needs some teaching/improvement, top bar food was 6/10.. kind of bad.

Luxurious hotel with beautiful views

Amazing facilities, welness section was great and personnel went above and beyond to accommodate everything. Rooftop pool with beautiful view over the city and bar with lots of vegetarian options was great.

Although the breakfast offered a variety of options there is room for improvement. Especially the bread and pastries often were either stale or not thoroughly baked.

Superb

The hotel is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is testy and delicious, the service is nice. A wonderful pool with amazing view, which is on the roof of the hotel.

With the sea view you get a noice of the road, but there are a good quality windows with a good soundproofing in all rooms. Anyway you will be able to chill on the balcony only with the sounds of a many different cars))

It had a Royal feel and was very beautiful with spacious rooms. The Spa is so great with amazing massage/treatment packages; Ali was so helpful and kind😁😁 Location is great

Breakfast wasn't so great, they had less varieties considering the number of guests and how busy the hotel is, no hot milk, things get used up and dont get replaced on time, one morning there was no Bacon, another morning there was no honey, also most dont speak English.

Fab hotel, best booked for the summer

Hotel location is great, the rooms are beautiful. Most staff were very friendly and helpful, Suzanna at reception especially. The spa was fabulous, we got a great deal on our massages and well worth it. Breakfast in the mornings was excellent, very well organised and a fantastic range of food.

As we booked in early April the hotel pool wasn't open, not sure we would have booked had we known this. Dinner wasn't great in the hotel. Although there was a room service menu, when we rang for room service, we were told it was unavailable. A few small hiccups, that could be easily sorted.

Amazing and best Five nights❤️

I loved everything about it, especially the staff at the reception (wish I could mention all names), they were amazing and super helpful and quick to find solutions to any issues at all. The hotel was clean, breakfast was superb, view was stunning, the location was great too. Beach was close by. we had the best nights in that hotel. and most importantly price was great.

nothing . I’d give it a 100% and strongly recommend.

Breakfasts starts at 7:30 which is convenient for early risers, rich selection, everything was tasty. I liked my spacious room with a balcony and plasma smartTV that could be turned 180 degrees (bed to lounge zone), comfy bed with lots of pillows and of course a gorgeous bathtub! :) This was a lovely surprise to find a bottle of good champagne and a chocolate cake in a room on my birthday! :) (when returned from a day tour around Montenegrin riviera with friends)

Unfortunately the swimming pool and the whole rooftop area was closed due to low season
