If there was no problems with the bathroom drains , we would have rated it a 10.

Location, staff was very helpful and understanding. Good breakfast.

There was a problem with the bathrooms sewer, smelly drains very unpleasant smell throughout all the apartments. Sadly we had to move out looking for another accommodation. Apparently it’s a problem with the old town sewer after it rains.

This place has an amazing location and Katarina is doing an amazing job at the reception! She made our stay unique and is truly a gem.

During the peak season, the old town is suffuring from bad smell some days. Nothing to deal with the hotel but still annoying to experience that.

AMAZING STAFF - Ana was above and beyond. Truly. Everyone was just fabulous, Sara, Dejan, etc. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms were great. They helped us with everything. You should stay here!!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel in the centre of all the action with amazing staff.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the old town with an abundance of restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the most spectacular view of the sea from the bedroom. The bedroom was a good size and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. However what made the most difference was the staff, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Anna who manages the hotel was exceptional, she helped plan activities, book restaurant reservations and arranged for help with our luggage. Anna went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible and by the end of our stay, we felt like we had gained a new friend. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, the team is very friendly and helpful. Great comfort, very clean, big room very quiet. A great stay!

There is an unpleasant smell coming out of the bathroom, couldn't get rid of it during my 3 days stay (I give 10 anyway as everything else is great) Please be aware there is no elevator to reach the rooms

Everything here is great and all the team staff are very friendly. The hotel rooms are full of sunshine and cleaned promptly. I liked the breakfasts served here, they were very generous. The hotel is in the old town and very convenient to other popular places. I really recommend this place to everyone.

This boutique hotel has the most delightful staff who went above and beyond to ensure the most perfect stay for me. My room was clean with nice lighting options, modern heating, great view, and had decor that felt more like a home than a hotel room. The fresh made-to-order breakfast in their cozy restaurant was delicious and served with love. I also enjoyed breakfast in their outdoor area with a beautiful view of the marina and the mountains. I stayed here a bit off season in March so it was quiet and relaxing during this time. This hotel is in Old Town, a nice walkable area with many restaurants and stores nearby, so it’s an ideal stay without a car. I felt the staff here truly cares about their guests including my cat. My cat needed something I couldn’t find locally but thankfully La Villa got it for me. I’m grateful for how kind and attentive they were about his comfort, too.

Everything was great, but I’d like to mention that I usually get a place with an elevator to make it easier with my bags, but this hotel helps you with your bags so no need to worry about that!

We had a wonderful staying in La Villa with friendly, helpful and friendly Staff.

All the staff of the facility, especially Ana and Milena, treated us very well. They quickly did the planning for everything we needed. We thank them for being friendly, warm and making us feel good. The location of the facility is located at a magnificent point in the old historical Budva. We definitely recommend La Villa to those who will come to Budva. Special thanks to La Villa family.

absolutely everything. Nadja and Milena were absolutely 2 of the best hotel staff we’ve communicated with probably ever. super friendly, helpful, communicative. if we needed something, they helped arrange it in minutes. the property was clean, and in an amazing location. our place had a living room as well with views of the yachts in the marina. honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and Budva. very underrated city.

The best place to stay in Budva by far

One word - Wow! We came to celebrate our anniversary and I'm so happy we have booked this hotel. It was spectacular. The service was extraordinary! from the moment we arrived, we got the best service! The room was decorated for our anniversary, and everything we needed was taken care of by the owner and the amazing staff of the hotel. The view and the location are 10 out of 10. The restaurants are great and you can be sure that you will get everything you need in this place. If you are in Budva, don't hesitate, just book a room and you will never regret it. We will be back there for sure!

Great Hotel at Budva

La Villa Boutique Hotel is a very centrally located and comfortable hotel in Budva Old Town. The view was spectacular and our room was spacious. The owner of the hotel, Anna and her assistant Milena were fantastic hosts. They answered every single question we have, helped with recommendations. They welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home. The breakfast offers plenty of choices, enriched with fresh orange juice and coffee. We really enjoyed our time at La Villa Boutique Hotel, it was a very pleasant stay, and would stay here again if we visit Budva again.

They are assets to this business and the owner must feel so lucky because without them, the place is just average. Thank you for everything.
