Location is excellent right on the edge of the Old Town with a view overlooking the Port. (we had Rooms 2 & 4) Good size rooms, cleaned daily. Safe provided. Modern bathroom with great shower. Decent breakfast and Staff were lovely. Note: The small Reception is located at the side of the Building down a cobbled side street heading into the Old Town from the Port, however access to the Rooms is around the corner at the rear of the Building up a large set of stone stairs and through the exterior of a Chinese Restaurant which is where breakfast is served in the mornings from 08.30am.
Few issues with the electricity and Air-con when we first arrived but got resolved quickly by a handyman onsite. Our friends experienced the TV not working in their room on a few occasions but reported it to Reception and it came back on eventually somehow. Not a major issue though. There's no lift and several flights of stairs to bring your suitcase up in order to get to the Rooms so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Also you were charged €3 for a coffee in the Rooms so we didn't bother.

The location is amazing, right in the old town and in front of the marina. It was comfortable, they were very friendly with dogs, we traveled with a bichon. The staff so friendly
The breakfast it is poor, you don’t have many things to chose from. The fact that the beach it’s not near the hotel, the beach that we asked for in advance for our dog but we couldn’t reach it not in a single day because nobody went there. For us it was a big minus, because one of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it had dog friendly beach. But if you don’t travel with a dog or for the hotel beach it’s ok.✔️
