A lovely three bedroom apartment with amazing views from the balcony. The large swimming pool area was well maintained. About a ten minute walk down into Sveti Stefan and the nearest beach. There is a really nice restaurant on the main road behind the apartment and a brand new large supermarket a little further on.
The beds were a bit too hard for our liking. Not an issue for us but you really need a car to explore the surrounding area and there are also a lot of steps to access some apartments and the swimming pool.

The location was perfect! Quiet, on the end of a street, so without too much traffic.
The pool on the top floor of the building had a very nice view over the sea and therefore the sunset.
The apartment was nice with a washing machine, a small but practical kitchen and two sofas that turned into beds.
Sergey, our host, was very nice and waited for us when we arrived. He was always available by phone to answer questions and replied very fast!
Although there is wifi in the apartment, it does not work 100% all the time. An upgrade on that part would be amazing when staying longer and maybe need/want to work remote while enjoying Montenegro.

1. Great location Monte Negro wise - Kotor, Budva reachable by car within 1.5 hour. 2. Great beaches nearby apartment, that are not crowded. 3. Great view from apartment terrace towards sea and sunset. 4. Roof-top pool - both grownups and kids enjoyed the view and size of the pool

Apartment was big with wonderful view. Common pool with grill zone was amaizing and there almost always were no other guests. Host was freandly and polite. One more useful thing - mobile wifi router in apartment (you can take it with you anywhere - near the pool, to thr beach & it works for 6h without charging).
Location, view and pool deserves 10, but lack of management lowers rating to 7.
I can describe our stay in this apartment as:
- you have a toaster, but it does not work,
- you have a nice grill zone, but the only lighter does not have gas,
- you have lamps in terrace, but they do not work,
- you have a cover on toilet bowl, but it is way too small,
- here is a door lock on toilet doot, but it stucks sometimes and you can not get out of toilet for 10 minutes,
- you have a nice toilet, but there is very bad smell,
- you have few AC remote controls, but some does not work,
- you have a tv remote, but it does not work sometimes,
- you have a washing machine, but it leaks and there are no washing tabs,
- you have a bed, but it is so hard and loud,
- you have a big kitchen surface, but there is no free place for preparing meal,
- you have a water tap, but it is skew,
- you have AC in every room, but one of them leaks,
- etc..
Part of theese things are trifle and fastly repairable, but they are essential for comfortable stay. For example, if you prepare grill, bring meat and then find out thet there is no gas in lighter. Then you need to drive to the shop or search for other guests and ask lighter to them.
We had ants in last days of our stay.
+ apartment needs a deep cleaning.
