Es war die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals gemietet hatten.
Top Lage: direkt am Strand, einfach die Treppe runter und gleich ins Wasser.
Balkon: Super Balkon, von dem man aufs Meer, die Halbinsel und Sonnenuntergang blicken kann. Der Balkon hat eine Markise. Wir haben uns lieber dort ausgeruht und die teuren Liegen auf dem Strand nicht gemietet.
Bäder: Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei hochwertig ausgestattete Badezimmer, beide gleich groß und mit großer Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist riesig. In allen drei Schlafzimmern steht jeweils ein Doppelbett, zwei davon verfügen über eine eigene Klimaanlage. Das dritte Schlafzimmer kann durch die Klimaanlage des Wohnzimmers temperiert werden.
Küche: Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit wirklich allem: Airfryer, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Wasserspender, Gefrierschrank etc.
In der Wohnung ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Stellplatz: Der Stellplatz ist zwar klein, in Sveti Stefan aber Gold wert.
Anja ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Zunächst waren wir überrascht, als wir eine Nachricht bekommen haben, dass wir eine Vorauszahlung leisten sollen. Aber alles wurde fair und seriös abgewickelt.
Checkin wat trotz später Ankunft möglich. Anja hat uns alle nötigen Informationen zugesandt.
Wir haben die Woche in Sveti Stefan sehr genossen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. It is located right on the beach Sveti Stefan, making it ideal for a family holiday. The beach was not too busy, which is rare for Montenegro in peak season. Our host Anja was lovely and very helpful.

Apartment Radovic, is in an excellent location. With superb views of Sveti Stefan Island. The resort has a safe beach and has several good restaurants. The apartment has everything a family needs and the hosts' were welcoming and extremely helpful.
Its only 45 mins from Tivet airport and 20 mins from the main tow Budva. Our family of younge adults and children all had a great time.
Nearly all the beaches are private and you have to pay for access eg tent sun beds. These range from 20 euros to 140 euros. The public beach areas are small the and very over crowded

L'appartamento e' andato oltre le nostre aspettative sotto tutti i punti di vista. L'arredamento di gusto, le dotazioni in cucina, bagno e camere da letto... non mancava niente, anzi c'era veramente di tutto e di piu'.
La terrazza dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi con la vista ed il suono del mare (che si trova letteralmente a pochi metri), e' qualcosa di straordinario.
La sensazione sin dai primi momenti, e' quella di sentirsi a casa piu' che in una struttura ricettiva.
La proprietaria, che e' venuta ad accoglierci appena arrivati, e' stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta; fornendoci informazioni utili sia riguardo alla nostra permanenza che al viaggio di ritorno.
