Beds were super comfortable, very close to public transport, very neat and clean amenities and English instructions for everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Probably one of the nicest places I have stayed so far. Everything from the location, room layout, furnishing, appliances & electronics was just outstanding! Having stayed there 5 days, it just kept feeling more like home. If ever again I do come back to Kyoto, I will surely stay here and highly recommend to anybody.

Excellent service from the staff, very convenient, clean and very comfortable apartment.
The traffic noise is a little high but it didn't keep us from sleeping nor from enjoying our stay.

The location was good although we had to do a lot of walking. It was excellent to be shuttled to the accommodation from the main train station.
The chair bed was narrow, hard and uncomfortable. The heating appeared to turn off automatically in the middle of the night and we woke up cold most mornings. The layout of the apartment was very constrained so there was no space where we could all eat together. The washing machine and clothes drying room was very effective.
