Location, spacious room, good mannered staff, good wifi
No elevator to the room...have to take stairs upstairs with all the luggage but thankfully the staff helps us with the luggage
Signboard to the hotel is confusing...please make it bigger located right at the entrance beside the road

the room were very clean. it have all the basic hotel stuff. air condition, kettle, tea and coffee, 2 mineral water, small fridge, and the were clean. no dust, no rubbish.
not that i did't like but the hotel is and old hotel. so to for those that want to stay here dont expect this to be a 4 to 5 star hotel! it just an old hotel building. but clean!

The location is quiet, it's far from the road and the staff were very helpful. The A/C worked, they gave you a couple of bottles of water in your room for free.
For the money it's not fantastic. It'll get you through the night for sure. But the place isn't particularly spotless and it's pretty old. For the amount of money I've stayed in better places in Malaysia.
