Great value, clean property :)

Calm accommodation. Full kitchen. Clean bathrooms with great hot water pressure. Everything we needed! We extended because the value for money was great.

Not a lot of vibe with other guests. Was with my sister so we were happy to do our own thing but I probably wouldn't stay there as a solo, unless I already had friends in town.

I wouldn’t stay here again. there are wholes on the ceiling for the room I stayed that allows any kind of sound to come

it was clean

I couldn’t sleep much. you can hear everything from outside the street and everything within the house. people ringing the bell at 12:34am and at 5:43 am. and then the staff decides to play music super loud at 7:30am. No chance to sleep.

good quiet hostel

- rooms were super okay - internet strong enough to stream videos, to work online - friendly staff -you can park the moto safely outside in front of the property - small stores within walking distance

- check out time not really flexible ( you have to leave the room at 11, but you can still use all the facilities which is nice)

Passable

The house is quiet and the Queen rooms are very large and comfortable. The kitchen is well enough equipped for cooking full meals. The neighborhood is very pretty and has plenty nearby to shop, dine and exercise. Carlos is a great guy and did what he could to help out.

Although Carlos was great, Gloria, who seems to run the place, was very unhelpful. I was not allowed to drop off my luggage before 11:00am (which seems like a very easy request to accommodate) even though I told them beforehand I would arrive early due to an early flight. I had my food delivery turned away instead of asking if I had ordered food delivery and told the delivery driver that no one had made an order. I was also sent a message to my phone reminding me to check out, which seemed very rude given the fact that I knew what time and date checkout was since I made the reservation. The kitchen also has plenty roaches. Overall, the bad service ruined the whole experience.

Exceptional

The property is well maintained, clean, in a very nice area near the metro, many restaurants, a grocery store and the like.

There wasn’t anything I disliked. I imagine that it can be uncomfortably hot in the hotter months. It was around 80f when I was there, but the oscillating fans were sufficient to keep the space comfortable.

We expected more from this hostel, a bit disappointing

- clean room and kitchen with enough storage space - nice common area - location seems safe

- we didn’t see the hosts (who were said to be warm and helpful in previous comments), the helpers there were cold and not helpful (they mixed up our check-out date and urged us to leave at 10am which we’re supposed to stay, they cooked for their meals during the busy time for guests to prepare our breakfast) - there were only 2 bathrooms shared by 8 rooms, one of the showers was broken, the helper simply shut the whole bathroom while we could actually still use the toilet and sink.
