Pre-check in communication was good. Breakfast was better than expected given the reviews! Handy for the Metro. AC worked well and the room had a very cold and quiet fridge. Good location on outskirts of Laureles district, not far to walk.
Lots of traffic noise despite being on a side street. Also noise from inside the hotel such as loud telephone ringing and various voices. Also we were told we had to pay a fine for smoking on the balcony even though there was no notice about this (we didn't pay).
