The hotel is near Floresta metro station. It's not very central, but the metro connection makes getting around easy. The neighborhood was calm and pleasant. The room was big and spacious, as was the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay; it could have been a bit more abundant.
My one real complaint: I was charged 40,000 COP for early check-in, which felt unfair. I'd asked months in advance whether early check-in was possible, and was told yes, with no mention of a fee. The room was already ready, and I checked in only 1.5 hours early.

Un hotel que no tiene baño de servicio y no presta ninguna otra clase de servicio como por ejemplo una crema dental una máquina de afeitar. Pero las habitaciones son modernas y confortables
No tiene baño de servicio , muy pocos servicios adicionales que uno encuentra normalmente en uh hotel
