el confort de la habitaciòn y la cama. Descansé muy bien. La ubicación está frente al centro comercial viva, y hay comercio alrededor. El aseo de la habitación estuvo bien. en cada piso hay una cocina disponible para preparar comida, no la usé pero se veía bien.

La ubicación del lugar es muy buena, tiene al frente el centro comercial Viva, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, el lugar muy bien organizado y las personas que atienden son muy atentas y están pendientes todo el tiempo.
Deberían restringir un poco el uso de las zonas comunes después de 1 am, toda vez que durante los días de estancia varios de las personas hospedadas llegaron tarde y tomadas, y se sentaban a ingerir alcohol y colocar música, sin que personal del lugar les llamara la atención, lo que puede alterar el descanso de los demás y dañar el descanso.
De igual forma se recomienda mejorar un poco el aseo, algunas sábanas estaban algo llenas de polvo.

It is well located and easy to find. The shopping center across the street is a plus. Each floor has a kitchenette with all you need to eat or prepare a quick meal. Rooms are clean and nice. Each room has a private bathroom and AC that works perfectly.
There are stairs to access the hostel.

Clean and a pretty good location.
One of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The outer “walls” are just a single pane of glass, so all of the noise from the highway outside goes straight into the rooms (I had one without windows and it was still unbearably loud, the ones with windows are probably even louder). And even worse is the doorbell out front, when someone rings it is very loud throughout the hotel. They have a sign saying not to ring it, but of course people ignored it and rung it at 5:30am my first day and at 11:30pm my second day. They should just disconnect it instead of expecting people to read a sign and be courteous since most people are selfish in those regards.
